Fantastic customer service from Rumi .I contacted them as I hadn't recieved my mascara but I was reassured that it would arrive in a couple of days which it did ! Francis was so helpful ! The mascara is the best I've ever used . I'm in my third one now . I use the black and it's amazing . My lashes look really long and it doesn't smudge . I'm 58 so I've used different makes of mascara and this is the BEST ! I highly recommend , as I did to a friend who now uses Rumi products !
I just love the eyeliner and the mascara it really suits my eyes, everything else makes them so sore.I have recently bought the hair magic and that's also a great product for thinning hair at the hair line. small family-run business that have made an amazing products to help us. i would defiantly recommend them.
I purchased Rumi mascara after watching the video on Facebook and reading the positive reviews. I am an older lady and I wanted a nutritional mascara that applied easily and didn't clog or smug. This mascara goes on really easily. The brush is fine, so only a thin layer goes at a time. This prevents clogging, and by adding extra layers at a time fuller eyelashes can be achieved. Very pleased!
Gives lovely long lashes, including lower ones. No clumping. Doesn’t run and yet washes off with soap and water. Did all these things better than a major competitor. A little more than I’d usually pay but I haven’t found anything on the market to match it.
