VolumeCare+ Mascara is excellent and the price is fair for this quality. It has a well designed long and slim brush. It has not gone ‘cakey’ and it coats my lashes evenly. Most important, it does not end up on my cheeks beneath my eyes after a few hours of wear. This is a great enhancing mascara, easy to apply and does what it promises. Thank you Rumi.
The Rumi mascara is hands down the best I have ever tried! That says a lot since I have been wearing mascara for over 40 years! Volume Care goes on like a dream…no clumping and plays nice with my sensitive eyes too. The price point might be a bit more than you’re used to, but it’s worth every penny. I just ordered two more…I don’t ever want to run out of this stuff! Thanks Rumi!!🥰
Mascara hasn’t arrived after 3 weeks . When I chased they used the “small family business” plea and said “they’d keep an eye on it”’even though the Yodel tracking showed it had been at the depot for two and a half weeks. When I challenged and asked for a refund the response back was the Logistics Team would “look into”. Just no acknowledgement of their legal responsibilities at all, total reluctance to issue a refund for goods clearly lost in transit. A total absence of customer service. Don’t waste your money.
These products are absolutely amazing, and more effective and beneficial than products three times as expensive! And customer service gets an A+ rating from me. They are so pleasant and responsive. I will be a customer for a long, long LONG time ;)
I hadn’t worn makeup for a long time and when I went to put my mascara on I found I had no eyelash's. I was devastated.Then I found a small family run company, they understood what I was going through. I started with the mascara and have bought other products too. In fact I was so happy that I bought one of my friends the mascara for her birthday.
I bought a Remi mascara a couple of weeks ago, I am truly amazed at the difference in my lashes already!!! I’m a lady of 64 so I had come to terms that my lashes weren’t going to look good anymore! I’m thrilled, I was wrong!!!!And very easy to remove so NO lost lashes!!! One very happy customer 👍❤️
I ordered my 2nd VolumeCare+ mascara. The customer service was excellent, very personal when I checked in on expected delivery date. I’m loving the product. Being a lady of 50+ (well nearly 60!) my eyelashes are thinner than they were, this really helps bring them back to full bloom!It's not clumpy and it can be removed with eye-make up remover quite easily. It is a little on the expensive side (for what I'd normally pay) but it last quite a while and for the quality and overall effect I'm saying 'I'm worth it'!
Your Volume Care mascara is awesome. I am 58 years old and have Hashimotos Thyroiditis and it affects my hair growth and even my eyelashes. With my old mascara, I had to keep applying several coats to get the look I wanted. Your mascara, however, looks great with one application. Will never use another mascara! This mascara is amazing, I have got so many compliments since I started using it. It gives you long lashes that last all day and the really great thing is no smudging! I’ve tried so many different mascaras but none have compared, it is expensive but definitely worth it.
