Review Time
So yes the mascara took about two weeks to arrive but I put that down to the positive review in The Sunday Times that probably meant an influx of orders. As for the mascara it was DEFINITELY worth the wait. My lashes look amazing, they curl up and it’s easy to remove. It doesn’t cause my eyes to water, it’s not itchy, it stays put so no surprises of looking in the mirror to see you’ve got ‘panda eyes.’I have tried hundreds of mascaras over the years and this is, without doubt, the best.
I am echoing several recent reviews. I ordered this mascara on 23rd September following its positive review in the Sunday Times and I have still not received it. It took a week to despatch and now is apparently sitting with Evri but has not been sent out for delivery. I will be making a claim to my credit card provider. Do not buy.
I started using Rumi Cosmetiques Lash Care eyelash serum and Volume Care mascara in 2021 and the difference in my eyelashes was incredible I had friends and family comment on the length ! I used it for about 18 months then someone recommended Uklash being cheaper I tried it .. however I have gone back to Rumi because it is 100% better and worth the expense !
The product did take a while to arrive and delivery time is obviously something they need to work on, but it is worth the wait. This is the best mascara I’ve ever used. My eyes water a lot and this is the only mascara that hasn’t disappeared from my lashes within a few hours. Also, makes lashes look fuller and longer. I don’t usually leave reviews but this is a great product.
No sign of my mascara .like that of other reviewers , it supposedly is with Evri ,but what next ,why don't they deliver it ?? I assume that after the very good review in the Sunday times ,Rumi cant cope with all the extra interest ? Reviews prior to that are ok .Never trust a company with no contact phone number !!!! An expensive mistake
Not received my mascara yet, not sure if I will get it after reading the reviews. Complained to Rumi who sent out a generated reply saying the delay is due to the overwhelming demand of orders.Edit - However after numerous emails they eventually refunded me.
