Wow- been using this for about 3/4…

Wow- been using this for about 3/4 years now- don't know why I started lol but so glad I did ! Lashes look thicker and longer- dosent smudge even in hot weather and easy enough taken off- now have my daughter in law in her 30's converted! Don't hesitate.

Broken Customer Service. Order not honoured.

I have no idea what the products are like as I have not even received a tracking number for my order placed 5 days ago. Not have I received any response to my many messages via email or facebook DMs or website.Luckily I paid by paypal which affords some protection against bad actors like this company. Disgraceful way to runa a business if you ask me.

Beware of placing order

Beware of placing order. Like Gemma I too am awaiting my order via Evri. I have received response to my email but believe it is computer generated. Nobody has looked into my complaint. I have asked for refund and been ignored. No phone number or street address to complain to. Does Rumi actually exist?? Altogether bad experience.

Still not arrived and no response to contact made

I ordered this mascara on 21st August, it said it was dispatched with Evri on 23rd who apparently attempted a delivery (they did not), and would try again the following day. Which they did not. I have emailed Rumi twice since then to say that the parcel does not seem to be moving from Evri's possession. I have had no response. I contacted Evri who say I need to contact the brand instead. There is no UK phone number, so I left a bad review on the website, still no response. I have also contacted on Instagram.It looks as though many people are having the same issue with not receiving their order from Evri and getting no response from the company...

Don’t buy!!

Ordered 2 mascaras 23rd September. Nothing received. Queried and given Evri tracking information but not showing as in transit after 6 days of arrival with them. Only provided same information I shared in my initial query to Rumi!Companies House suggests about to be struck off. Still receiving promotional emails….

Mascara never turned up. No reply from website.

It seems that I am also destined to not receive my order. Placed my order on 23 September. I have still not received it although I am beyond the 6 - 12 days delivery time. I have emailed 3 times but never even get a response. Such a waste of time and money. This was recommended by Sunday times style magazine so thought it would be ok so even more disappointing.

I am still waiting for delivery on an…

I am still waiting for delivery on an order placed 18th September. The website clearly states that all orders are delivered with 6-15 days. Some waffle on FB by them states it takes longer when been shipped to the UK and they cannot control the logistics. Evri have come back to say the are trying to find the parcel. Totally taken in by the Blurb of them being featured in Vogue and the like. If I do not receive my order/rfund i will report them to Trading Standards

Placed my order on 17 September. Still not received it although it says it’s with Evri! This was recommended by Sunday times style magazine so thought it would be ok! So disappointed ☹️
