Review Time
The mascara did take a long time to arrive like all the other reviews which was expected. However what wasn't expected was this mascara CLUMPS and FLAKES, its genuinely awful, especially for the cost I feel bad leaving a poor review, but I felt this was a waste of money, of which we don't have much of these days. I think if you have good eyelashes already it may work, but if you don't you end up with a gloopy flakey mess. Really dissapointing :( Used for a week and gave up.
Made in ChinaMascara arrived after a long wait. The product seems to be moderately good, but no better than ones freely available in the UK. Disappointed to see it was made in China as I don't trust that the ingredients are of the quality or are as printed on the box or haven't been tested on animals. Won't order again.
A lovely product which has helped me have a few eyelashes again. I have post menopausal alopecia which has robbed me of a lot of hair my eyebrows and eyelashes. Rumi eyeliner has given my eyes a nice bit of definition and the mascara has attached itself to my very few lashes , it’s lengthened them and really looks so much better and best of all I have no redness or irritation so thank you Rumi I love your products
Best mascara I have used and I’ve tried them all ! It does exactly what it’s said to do. My lashes are longer than I’ve been able to achieve before and with only one application. It goes on smoothly with no clumping. There’s no smudging or panda eyes and it washes off with warm water and downward stroking movement. No need for eye makeup removers . It’s very much like the Clinique lash power mascara. Perfect for holiday and sport. Can’t rate it enough. It’s fabulous!
If I could have given no stars I would! STILL not been delivered despite numerous emails and being assured it is with the delivery company who now must have a mountain of Rumi mascara given the number of complaints on here!Edit - order was placed 6/10 and it eventually arrived 21/10! Product seems good but not had much time to try. Sort out your delivery Rumi!
Wish I’d read these reviews before buying. I’m still waiting for my order placed on 9/10. Tracking app is useless. Did get an email on 11.10 saying apologies for delays and that my order was on its way. No idea where it is. Sounds like the product isn’t what was promised but will post another review as to quality if and when it arrives. Beware Insta adverts!
Ordered two weeks ago and no sign of the mascara. When I checked the tracking, it was last seen in Wuhan, China. I'm really surprised that the Sunday Times didn't do more research into this mascara before recommending it to their readers.
Poor service. Still haven't recieved the product, it's been with the worst parcel delivery company ever, Evri for about a week. Looking at other reviews Rumi need to seriously look at their delivery company. Hopefully it will turn up, but won't be ordering again. Also Rumi are utterly rubbish at responding to emails when things do go wrong. Poor, very poor.
