Telly TV TricksI have a TV in limbo with this company. I received an email to schedule delivery, which prompted me to call them. I was told they have no availability dates on their schedule. That’s ridiculous! I receive multiple emails AND texts DAILY to schedule my delivery, only to receive the same response of no dates available.Again, today I got the email to schedule a delivery. I call the 1-800 number, only for the call to just hang up on me, before an actual rep answered. I’m not understanding why accept deliveries from companies that you don’t have the capability to deliver. This is beyond irritating. So, am I supposed to wait forever? Your company doesn’t make it any better by constantly sending me emails and texts everyday. PLEASE HAVE A SUPERVISOR HELP ME. I’m available all day, everyday. Any time is fine.UPDATE: They’ve scheduled my delivery for 9/18, so we’ll see if it comes.
Horrible customer service. I called Sept 11th because my installation was supposed to be the same day as delivery. The item got delivered but was not installed. I called the same day to ask what happened and got no answers. I called Friday morning the 12th and still no answers. I was told “someone will call me”. I decided to call back Friday night and cancel the installation for a refund. Monday night I received an automated call saying they were coming Tuesday. I never confirmed this and it was supsped to be confirmed as canceled. I called back again on Monday to make sure this was canceled. They assured me it would be. Four days later still no conformation email. Friday the 19th I called both Samsung and RXO to make sure this was canoeled. I was assured it would be. Called Samsung again who put the blame on RXO saying they have still not canceled and are waiting to reschedule. I do not want this service and it is not Wednesday Sept 25th and I have talked to samaung and RXO. I should not have to call 6x to speak to representatives to cancel my order. Updated. The issue was finally resolved after asking to speak with a supervisor and calling an additional time. It should never have taken me this many times and over 2 weeks to get this resolved.
The delivery was made right on point with the front end of the 4 hour window given. They gave us a call 30 minutes out before arriving. The men were quick, efficient and didn't even have to be asked to be careful with the walls or hanging pendant. They came in first and assessed the space and rest of the area and briefly came up with a strategy. Our kitchen is in the second floor. Would recommend and use again.
