Overall terrible experience. They seem to lack common sense, send messages that they are going to deliver and the right before they are due to arrive they called and cancelled due to weather. They could have figured that out the day before. Rescheduling? They don't know when. Cool cool, lemme just live without my appliance, NBD. Get a new message today, can't deliver for at least 2 weeks - exactly when I'm out of town. FML.These guys are not reliable, not organized, not truthful, and I wish LG would use a different delivery company. Edit: adding this after RXOs response. I have zero trust in your ability to help me. I am not alone in my perspective. You only seem to respond to negative reviews for damage control, RXO does not solve these problems. They continue.
The 2 guys were very fast, polite, professional and effective. He did his scans on the items but I did not have time to go over my checklist he gave me to verify. There were 2 boxes I have noted on his paperwork that are damaged but I did not have the time to check the condition of the other boxes as well or get my inventory completed.
Warehouse operators were supposed to deliver two fridays in a row and have failed and pushed my order out continually by another two weeks, when calling to schedule theyve tried to use the line “It has just made it to our warehouse” EACH time we spoke, they try and pull wool over your eyes whether its their laziness or their lack of infrastructure and competence and or communication, these people will lie to you continually to your face, forget who you are and what they said and try and run you through the whole nine yards of disillusion each and every time. could not recommend you ask elsewhere for a shipper/end of delivery logistic team.
