Review Time
Avoid at all costs. They collected a pallet from me for delivery over 6 weeks ago and it has gone missing. It's been 3 weeks since I highlighted the issue (this was a delivery to Amazon so it can sometimes take a week or two to get there) and they still cannot tell me if it is in their warehouse or if they have delivered it. How can that be?! I contacted them about the issue and it took them a week to ask their warehouse to see if the pallet is still there - 3 weeks later and they still don't know. I called and they said they only have a small team - that is not an excuse, don't take on more business if your team can't handle it.Sometimes there are issues with deliveries, I understand that, but it is what a company does to solve the problem which defines the company, its values and its reliability. Over 3 weeks since I contacted them, 6 weeks since the pallet was picked up by them, and they can't tell me anything. There is no sense of urgency or understanding that they are impacting small businesses. I have run out of 5 lines of stock and I am having to pay more to send my stock in by individual boxes rather than pallets (using another courier company obviously) just to keep the business running. I delayed writing a review because I wanted to give them a chance to fix the issue. They have had 3 weeks, I think that is enough time to show willing. Find another courier company who can track your parcel and also gives a damn in fixing the problem if it is delayed or last. RXO obviously doesn't.
Very courteous delivery guys. One box did drop and he had me open it and we both looked at it. Just the styrofoam was cracked on an end. 21 boxes in my small kitchen, they made it fit. 😁Oh, one had to go into the garage. Box too large to fit through the front door.
ZERO STARS. This is the SECOND week in a row, my delivery has not made it to me because the driver taps out of his schedule and my delivery is scheduled last for the day . Two Friday's of waiting, calling and conveniently, no one can contact dispatch, no one can find out where on the route my delivery is and offer any sort of answer. Every customer service representative tells me that "yes, of course it is still coming and you will be called 30-mins before delivery" and now as my complaints have been escalated to "VIP" service, the call drops and disconnects. Samsung should be ashamed to use this vendor for their deliveries. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
