Makes zero sense

Sat around waiting for over an hour to be setup because I was approved through RMIS and the broker said it wouldn’t be a problem and the carrier department then wouldn’t approve me because I’ve been successful in the past and sold a previous logistics company 18 months ago. Most ridiculous thing I’ve ever heard. Absurd. Been on the phone on hold for 30 minutes. Just absurd

This delivery team was exceptional! Both men were very kind, professional and courteous! They were also very resourceful! When a cabinet would not go through our garage door, they quickly found an alternative way to get it into the house! They were also very efficient! Bravo to this delivery team!

Can’t say enough good things about the delivery!

The two gentlemen went above and beyond to get our cabinet order into the room they will be installed! They worked very hard as it was an extremely tight fit to get through doorways-but they did it with a smile! Our contractor and my husband is older so can’t thank the two gentleman enough!!!!

RXO did not fulfil their service…

RXO did not fulfil their service agreement. We purchased a TV and wallmount from Samsung, and installation services. RXO delivered the TV, but after we made multiple attempts to schedule an installation date, we found that the ticket was closed by RXO and that they had marked the order and service as complete.We cancelled installation services through RXO via Samsung. The 3rd party installer unboxed the TV and the screen was cracked, and damaged during delivery.I am dissatisfied with RXOs service and poor quality control.

Delivery was good, however you trashed my freshly graded gravel driveway. I have a claim in to repair it, however I am waiting on you to contact me per Sedgwick claims.
