Customer service was poor. Extremely long hold times and multiple rescheduled deliveries led to me canceling my order after not receiving it a month after placing it. Regarding the response: The delivery was promised for today after a flat tire on Monday, but then I was informed they don’t deliver to my area on that day. It sounds like poor communication within the company.
Louis and Saul were absolutely 100% perfect. Even though Samsung sent the wrong mount and I needed services after 4pm which isn't a normal practice, they made it happen!!! Louis was very knowledgeable about whT he was doing very professional and kind. He even was working late just to complete the job. These guys are the best they are the office located on Pagosa street near Aurora I believe. On Dec 11th they went above and beyond the call of duty for me!! You guys rock thank you so much!!
They delivered a refrigerator for me and was in such hurry they damaged the door and Lowe’s replaced the fridge. They were delivering the second fridge and a lot of damage to a brand new door and frame and the brand new storm door. Every person on the delivery truck had a language barrier and that made it difficult to communicate. As of today I’m still getting the runaround and fixing the damaged doors. Their customer service is terrible. If at all possible avoid this company to save yourself the hassle and stress.
