If I could give them zero stars I would! Scheduled dishwasher delivery, install and haul away. Guys show up, look at the existing dishwasher and determine they can’t do the install without ripping the flooring up. They took off with the hardware AND the manual for the dishwasher. Meanwhile, my husband slid the old dishwasher out with no problem. And yes, our floors are still intact. If I could I would include the pictures. Now we have 2 dishwashers that don’t work!!!!!!
The RXO team was running late on our scheduled delivery day, but the company and drivers themselves kept us well informed with calls, texts, and tracking info. The truck finally arrived at 9 pm after the men had had an exhausting day driving to North Carolina and back to Atlanta. Our few items were the last in their truck before they could return to their headquarters in Marietta. We felt so sorry that their day had been incredibly difficult. But they were still carrying out their duties with a very professional and courteous attitude. A stellar team. We wish the company would have placed us on the schedule prior to the trip to North Carolina to save the men from having to come so far out of their way for our small delivery.
The 2 gentlemen were extremely polite! They worked efficiently while taking very good care of the boxes as well as being very considerate of the surroundings. I am Extremely Happy with them! Please let them know.
