Delivery promises fall short

My delivery was set for Saturday, which was intentional. They canceled that delivery and offered to reschedule. Instead, I received a notice saying they'd arrive between 8 AM and 8 PM on Tuesday, with a text 30 minutes before. However, we didn't get the notification until after 5 PM the day prior, as they claimed. On the delivery day, by 7:30 PM, I called and was told my order was 14 and they were on delivery 12. I could wait past 8 PM or reschedule. They finally showed up at 9, outside the promised window. Communication before and during delivery needs improvement. The truck tracker was also unhelpful. Everything was eventually delivered, so it worked out (despite losing 13 hours), but the service is overpromising and underdelivering. The delivery team was the only positive aspect.

Avoid this company at all costs!

This company is terrible! They hire independent contractors for deliveries without proper training or equipment. We had laundry appliances delivered from their St. Louis location, and the two-person team had no idea what they were doing, causing significant damage to my floors. We had them leave the appliances in the foyer for others to handle. Now, I’m facing a huge runaround with no assistance in getting these units to my laundry room for installation! We have family over for a Christmas party, and the appliances are blocking my front door! DO NOT ENGAGE WITH THIS COMPANY! I will also avoid direct dealings with them in the future as they are unhelpful! To add to the frustration, I now have to pursue them for damage compensation!

Extremely poor customer service

I had the worst customer service experience ever. I ordered a washer/dryer unit, and on the first delivery attempt, it was so damaged they wouldn't unload it. On the second attempt, the drivers refused to carry it to the second-floor laundry room, leaving it in my garage. After four phone calls and filing a complaint, the unit remains in my garage. I will never order from a company that uses this delivery service again.

Terrible delivery experience

They have kept my expensive TV in a warehouse for three weeks. Delivery has been delayed three times during this period. They claim they only ship to my area every two weeks, which is clearly not accurate after three weeks. When I called customer service, I waited two hours across two calls, only to be forwarded to a survey before my issue was addressed. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!

Delivery not completed

I ordered a washer through a club and they use a third-party service for delivery. The earliest they could deliver was two weeks later. On the delivery day, they called to say their truck broke down and couldn’t make it. It was rescheduled for Sunday, but I informed them I leave for work at 10:30 AM and needed it done by then. I wasted a day off on Friday as they informed me last minute. Five hours later, I received a text saying they'd arrive between 12:30 PM and 4:30 PM. I called to express that this timeframe was unacceptable. I requested to speak with a manager or supervisor, but they put me on hold for 15 minutes and then hung up. I called the club for assistance, but their representative couldn’t reach them either. Very unprofessional and lacking communication. If they can’t handle the job, they shouldn’t accept it, and I hope the club doesn’t renew their contract with them.
