Review Time
bought mattress from Beautyrest..it shipped 10/28/25 but upon tracking it, RXO claimed to NOT have gotten it yet, as of 11/12/25, despite calls to Beautyrest for confirmation.. Finally after 10 calls RXO claimed to JUST GOT IT on 11/13/25 & we confirmed WHITE GLOVE DELVRY .. WHAT A JOKE..delivery men were dirty & I asked them to STAND MATTRESS lengthwise to bring into apt, then I could slip on the mattress encasement, which would have taken maybe 10-15min at most, THEY REFUSED!! said thats NOT part of their job, they were soooo rude..I disputed that this action with them & the one guy said I was being "difficult" & said had to hurry & just proceed to drag mattress sideways across lvg room floor to bdrm & just plopped the mattress onto bedframe & walked out.. I was sooo disgusted with these 2 "men".. Maybe if the customer was a man, they wouldnt have been sooo nasty.. they should be fired..
Absolute horrible experience with the communication. They left an automatic message informing about the delivery. No way to listen to it again. I was wondering whether they had given me an approximate time of delivery. I tried to call back the number. Two possibilities: 1) You stay on the phone forever waiting to talk to someone 2) Leave a message to call me back (I left about 3 messages). Either way, it is absolutely impossible to talk to someone and nobody is calling you back. I finally got a call back about two hours after the delivery. The men who did the delivery did the job correctly. Communication is the problem. Extremely frustrating. If you can, avoid this company at all costs. Unfortunately, Rona is using this company to deliver appliances and possibly some other equipment.
Both guys were excellent. Took care to not bump anything. Polite, friendly, respectful to my house and product being delivered. This is actually my second or third time with these two gentlemen. They are great! Kudos they deserve raise. Retain them! Good employees hard to find.
We had two shipments with RXO booked through Amazon Seller (RXO is an Amazon partnered carrier) destined for two different Amazon depots. Both confirmations for the two loads were recieved via email, but RXO only collected one load. I had to chase them for the collection of the second load, which meant there was a delay in the stock going to Amazon. Then they sent a vehicle which could not accomodate the 17 pallet load and had to leave 1 pallet off. When I flagged this they were very dismissive and did not assist in rectifying the situation at all. Really really poor customer service (name & shame: Fay). I have ended up sending the outstanding pallet with a different haulier.
I don't know why ANYONE would use this company, nor do I know why UPS would advertise them. They literally take quotes you could get from any freight carrier, and add their own insanely high margin to it as payment for using their platform. You are paying so much extra for literally nothing.Pro tip: look at all the quotes they send you, then contact each carrier directly to get a second quote directly from them. Boom, free contact list, no middleman, no upcharge, and no funny business.
