I ordered three earrings, I waited for the order for almost two months, but that's not a problem either, everything arrived as it should. I returned one earring for repair and it arrived unusable again. I paid for the shipping myself and it's really not worth the money! Big disappointment!
I got two rings, and one is incredibly small for the price. They are both still beautiful. However both rings fit much tighter than any of my other size 8 rings. I reached out for support & unfortunately did not receive an answer. It is disappointing because I had received pretty decent customer service prior to this purchase.Update 10/27:The company got in touch with me and I was able to exchange the rings for 8.5s. They still seem a bit small which is odd considering I have recently had my fingers sized, but overall they fit more comfortably. The exchange was easy and I received updates regularly of when they received my return and when the replacement was shipped. I’m happy it worked out because this company’s jewelry really fits my style and jewelry preferences. Not sure if I would order more rings to be honest, but I definitely intend to get more pieces in the future.
I am visiting my sister here in Illinois and ordered a ring. I messaged to make sure I would be able to receive it before flying back home to Canada. The lack of response and communication was VERY frustrating and when I finally did get a response, the solution was to just refund me even though I was told to pay for expedited shipping. I want to order more because the other pieces I see and want are so gorgeous, however, I've never had such a bad experience before purchasing jewelry from out of country. I purchased 18K sapphire earrings from Australia with less problems than what I experienced throughout this entire process. I am more than happy to give it another shot and purchase some of the other items I saw but am extremely hesitant.
This is my 3rd purchase and I am always more than satisfied! SEJ takes such care in craftsmanship as well as beautifully packaging each piece of jewelry! Quick order processing and shipping, I will never go and purchase from a chain jeweler again! Thank you SEJ, until the next purchase! :)
