Sarah Elise is my favorite jeweler by far. Their customer service was great, they really listen to your needs to make sure your product is exactly how you want it. Did I mention they have brilliant cut diamonds all handmade. Definitely will be ordering from again!
I ordered a bracelet and after one month it already had diamonds falling out. When I emailed them to address, they asked for me to ship it back, so that they could inspect it. However, they also added that it would potentially incur additional costs for them to fix it. Seeing as though I had only owned the bracelet for a month and diamonds were already falling out, I would have expected them to stand behind their craftsmanship more diligently. I am pretty upset with the experience and overall response to the issue.
EDIT- I just called the shop because the response below (8 months after I posted) told me to.They told me they did not respond to my review and that it was a 'automatic google response' and that they were unwilling to do anything to resolve the issue.Really disappointed in the item I received, it is flawed, it is upside down and flipped 100% of the time. CLEARLY A DESIGN FLAW. I emailed them immediately upon recieving it (less than two months after it was purchased) explained it was a birthday gift so I had just recieved it. They said 'Unfortunately, your order is no longer eligible for return or exchange since it was delivered over 2 months ago. Therefore, we are unable to accommodate your request.' No were so sorry, or we understand your unhappy, nothing. $331 down the drain, I literally can't wear it as its just a clasp thats visible. DO NOT SHOP WITH THEM
I received my ring defected. This company has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. It took nearly three days to hear back from them before being able to ship it back to get fixed. The day they received it was the last time I heard from them. They told me they received it, and an hour later sent me a tracking number. I asked them questions and told them my concerns, but til this day they have not responded. They completely ignored me afterward. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
First time purchasing jewelry from Sarah Elsie and I was so impressed with the quality and the look of the jewelry. I can tell it’s been handcrafted and I will absolutely be purchasing again from them. They got my jewelry sent to me in a timely manner even during the holidays and I’m extra thankful for that as well.
