I paid $223.20 used a discount code on an item normally priced at $310.00 for a small 18k charm clasp. The item arrived, I couldn't believe how easy it opened by barely pressing it, it didn't lock into place. I did not feel comfortable putting any charm on this holder, since it was obvious it would open too easily. I called the company, the girl told me to return it and could have cared less about my concerns. Shows a lot about the quality of this company
Very disappointed in the quality of the ring I received. Very thin and junky looking. When I tried to reach out to the company I was also met with complete disregard and was told that my interest in returning the item was past their 14 day window. Buyer beware that any company that has only a 14 day return window probably does so for a reason. They should stand behind their workmanship; their disinterest guaranteed that I will not be purchasing in the future.
Had a custom bracelet made per the guidelines however the design is poor as the personalization is ill fitting on the wrist unlike any others that were also custom made and photographed on the sites this company uses as their selling platform that being Etsy and Sarah Elise Jewelry based in NY! I kindly asked for a possible fix to slightly bow the bracelet instead of it being stick straight and was told NO all resources have been exhausted and they could not help me! Very poor customer service, was an easy fix and now it is a bad review and experience.
Absolutely horrible experience. I ordered 2 rings as my wedding bands a month and a half before my wedding. They shipped 10 whole days after I placed my order. I returned one and had to exchange one. The sizing was off by a half size. I am a 5 in every ring I have ever bought for my ring finger but had to size up to a 5 1/2. I sent the items back and got confirmation 3 days later that they had received my return. I waited another 10 days for a delivery notice and never got one. I finally had to call the store and ask about it because it was the week of my wedding at this point. They had clearly forgotten about it because they had to overnight ship it so it would be delivered the day before my wedding. I was in another city to set up the venue on that day, and gave them my parents' address so the ring would ship to where I was. Of course, they sent it to the original shipping address 2 hours away from the address I gave them. A family member had to drive all the way to my apartment and pick it up so that I could wear it on my wedding day. Horrible customer service, infuriating at every point of the process, and my ring is already scratched in multiple places after one day of wearing it! Do not waste your time or money here.
They advertise earrings as pairs, but the price listed (for the pair) is for only one earring. Since people usually buy earrings in pairs, the price listed should be for the pair. Your order defaults to one earring, so you think you are getting the pair but you are only actually getting one, unless you select two, which doubles your price. The photograph and description both say you are getting the pair for the price of one.
