Ordered a bracelet that was too small. Requested a return and was directed by customer service to a web page. Upon inputting my order number I received the message order not found. Emailed customer service again, no reply. So emailed again, no reply. Tried again, no reply so went through Instagram, no reply. Awful service beware.
Awful experience.. very disappointed with their products. My fiance’ and I ordered matching “Solid Gold ID bracelets” which turned out to be a very misleading title as they were NOT solid gold. I was only able to wear mine for about a week before it broke carrying groceries. A week after that my fiancé’s broke just doing casual stuff around the house- nothing so harsh to cause them to break. Because they broke we were able to see that the chain was not solid gold all the way through, they were hallow in the middle.. After an email exchange they apologized for the misleading title & said only the ID plate was solid gold. We would NOT have ordered these bracelets had we known this. I sent it back, they repaired, it broke again, sent it back, I just got it back a few weeks ago & today as I was putting my son in his high chair and it broke again. Mind you- the other bracelet is currently being repaired so now neither of us are able to wear our bracelets. We are very bummed with our experience.. we just wish we could get our money back and spend our hard earned money else where. We do not recommend buying your jewelry from here.
I ordered a custom 14k gold anklet for my wife in January 2025. We received the anklet and my wife wore it for one or two days until the anklet broke, clearly on a link they cut and never put back together correctly which is what the refer to as custom… I reached out to them and explained and they said that since the item was custom a refund would not be available. They sent me a USPS label and asked me to ship it back to them for repair. The item was lost in the mail and after waiting a month and constantly e mailing them, they decided to send me a replacement. The replacement had the same issue and also broke a few hours after wearing the item. Now they are saying again that I need to ship the item back to them at my own cost and that a refund is not available and will only issue a store credit. Why would I even consider buying anything from these folks again when what they sell is pure garbage and they don’t stand behind their products. Stay away from these folks and do not waste your money on their garbage products which they market as high quality jewelry…. Stay Away!!
I ordered 2 x diamond bracelets for gifts.They put both in one box when I made a note to give 2 boxes. I should have ordered separately to get the boxes for both bracelets. It’s a shame I have to now gift a bracelet to someone which is diamond and gold in a plastic packet. You would think a box would be provided I get better packaging from cheap places that aren’t even gold. What a shame. I’m not happy.
I was looking for a unique piece of jewelry and I found it at Sarah Elise Jewelry. The Ring is absolutely stunning and I've received so many compliments on it. I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for something special.
I simply wore the ring. I don't do hard labor. Nothing more than washing my hands. The ring I was given didn't have "prongs" because of the design. One of the stones came loose, endangering the rest, so I stopped wearing the ring. I hadn't even had it for six months. They don't stand by their products and certainly not their "warranty." Do not trust this company and waste your money purchasing from them.
