The sofa itself exceeded my expectations — it’s stylish, well-crafted, and extremely comfortable. You can really tell that quality materials were used, and it fits perfectly in my living space.What truly stood out, though, was the customer service. From the moment I made my inquiry to the final delivery, the team was incredibly professional, responsive, and helpful. They answered all my questions with patience, kept me updated throughout the process, and made the entire experience smooth and stress-free.It’s rare to find such a great combination of high-quality products and excellent customer care. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for a new sofa or a reliable, customer-focused shopping experience.
Superb service from start to finish! From my initial visit to store to the sofa being delivered, my experience was fabulous.When I visited Seats and Sofas(Worcester) I was greeted but allowed the freedom to look round in peace, no hassle. When my husband and I returned to order, the lady was friendly and genuine. Ordering was straightforward and a mere few weeks later we have a wonderful green sofa which looks amazing in our living room. The delivery gentleman were professional, friendly and efficient.I would definitely recommend a trip to Seats and Sofas if you’re on the lookout for a new seat or sofa.
- Please only order here if you are ready to "Wait forever and ready for any mistakes to happen because they hardly care customer satisfaction" - We ordered a sofa bed and we got wrong item (just a sofa). - We complained on it and they said they will order new one and send temporary sofa till the new one arrives. - The temporary sofa that is sent is so pathetic that we stopped using that in 2 days. - I followed up with them multiple times and they always said they ordered sofa on Jan 4th and expected delivery takes max 6- 12 weeks. - I have called them again to check the status, they suddenly realized they didn't even ordered that and sent email that it will take 17-18 weeks. - When called again they are not even accepting that something has gone wrong. Instead trying to pretend as if everything is going smooth by giving misleading calculations. - When asked right questions they just said - "It will be ONLY delivered when it is ready and just disconnected my call rudely". So they do not stick to any timelines and do not care about customers.
Update:Seats & Sofas asked me again to send my order details, which I did immediately. Since then, I have received no response, no clarification, and no solution.I have made multiple attempts to resolve this matter directly and provided all requested information. Unfortunately, there has been no meaningful follow-up.At this point, I can only conclude that the public replies do not translate into actual customer support. I am sharing this so other customers understand what to expect after raising a complaint.
We rarely leave reviews, let alone bad ones. However, we have found our experience with Seats and Sofas Heerlen extremely disappointing. We are happy with the sofa itself, but the issue is with the lack of customer service we experienced during the purchase, and the cost and very significant trouble generated as a result.We have a curved staircase and were worried that the sofa would be too large to move through it.We expressed these concerns to the sales associate that was helping us. They assured us that it wouldn’t be a problem as the sofa can be dismantled into smaller sections. When we asked for the dimensions of the sofa, it was never given to us. We were also not informed of the actual cost of the delivery. We were only informed that there would be a cost.On the day of delivery, the delivery guys told us that there is no way that the sofa is going through the staircase. Also, they had similar experiences with other customers throughout that whole week. They suggested that we rent a crane, as that would be the only possible way to get the sofa into the living room. So clearly, this isn’t an isolated incident.All in all, we are frustrated and upset. That could have been avoided were it not for the sales associate leaving out important information and not helping us with making the decision that was right for us. Was it stupid of us to not ask for the relevant details? Yes. But, this is not how a shopping experience should be. We have also purchased furniture from other stores, and they always warned us and helped us with issues that we couldn’t have anticipated. Were Seats and Sofas to have helped us, we probably would have had a very positive experience. This is not what an honest business should look like. If someone decides to purchase with them, please do a lot of research beforehand (and pray you get a decent sales associate).
