Dreadful product quality

Dreadful product quality - akin to something from the bargain section of Lidl. It isn't even branded/label in the hood, so you can tell it is just drop shipped from china. My advice would be to save for a couple of weeks and buy something from Fjäll Räven or something.

Defective item but quick easy exchange

Received the wanderer jacket on 11/12/20. It was a Christmas gift for my son so it was not opened until Christmas Day. The stitching on one sleeve was defective. Other than that, the item seemed of good quality. Although it was past the 30 day return/exchange time they allowed me to ship it back for a replacement. Once I notified them of the shipping number for the returned item, they immediately shipped the replacement item. I haven’t received it yet but I will assume that it won’t have defective stitching.

Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service from the Serremo team. I had an issue with the delivery of a jacket I had ordered. It was left in our recycling bin which was then collected before I got to the jacket. A replacement was ordered at no extra charge and arrived quickly. Thank you for being so understanding. One very happy customer, thank you!

Amazing Customer Care

So, strange review to write given the product never arrived, but what amazing customer service!The lack of delivery was not Serremo’s fault, that lies with a UK courier, but Mary Rose was prompt, courteous and understanding with her responses and ultimate refund.

Nervous...

I ordered 2 wanderer jackets for my husband who’s working his tail off picking up extra shifts at the station. After I purchased the products I read these reviews...I hope I can at least get these before Christmas 🤞🤞

Where is my order???

Where is my order???Received an email saying the item has been shipped. The tracking says “error.” I contacted customer service and they said “ logistics partner is having a hard time finishing the deliveries.” The item hasn’t even been received by the shipping partner! I have no trust in this company. I have requested a refund but I haven’t heard back about it yet. This is ridiculous. In addition, I ordered an xxl wanderer jacket... the order form says xl. Not pleased with this company at all.

where is my jacket...or at least a tracking #

I ordered a jacket day after Thanksgiving...got an e-mail stating it was shipped on 11/30 , the tracking is not working. says "tracking service currently unavailble please contact seller...I used the tab at end of the email to ask about order over 24 hours ago...no responce.
