Fantastic customer service. I ordered the wrong jacket and reached out via email to customer service. A representative named Sarah Cowan responded to me immediately and helped me correct my order. She was very polite and resourceful and I will continue to order from Serremo simply because of this great encounter.
I purchase a Jacket from Serremo, had a little bit of a problem so i made contact with their customer service team. The service i received was second to none.The issue was resolved quickly, professionally & politely. I received a gift for my birthday from my son and the size I received was a little small. The correct size was shipped as ordered (XL) but it just seemed to run a little smaller. I contacted Sarah at customer service and she was more than helpful. She responded quickly with simple instructions on how to return the item and replaced it with a larger size. Customer service was great.
Had an issue with sizing they handled it immediately. I will say that you shouldn't order and expect this stuff next day. Mine took about 3 weeks everything was pretty much true to size. The coat I bought was too tight through the biceps to wear much of anything underneath so order up one on the coats.
Shipping took a long time. But today I recieved my wanderer jacket. I wear an XL. seems like the arms could be a bit longer. I really like the look right out of the bag. From reading previous emails about poor stitching, I haven't seen that. Looks warm but will test it out in the freezing cold of Mimnesota.
