Very happy with product and experience

Company was straight forward with delivery time, and they were very responsive to any questions I had about delivery. Product came and it was fantastic. It is high quality, warm, stylish, manly, practical, and just a great piece of clothing. It was too big for my husband, so the company quickly worked with me to exchange it for a smaller size. My husband is now looking forward to having MANY articles of clothing from Serremo.
