Take a minute and read!

Before placing my order, I did see that shipping was between 10-20 days and it took 14 so, if you don’t have patience you are in trouble! I ordered the wanderer jacket and the American flag hat for my husband. The jacket is awesome. Great quality and exactly as pictured. Sadly, we are returning the hat. Excellent customer service too. Overall, very happy with this experience!

Although we had a shipment error...

Although we had a shipment error.... ....Mary in customer services was extremely helpful and organised for the correct item to be sent out which arrived a week later. It looks like the shipping company had messed up the items! Happy with the item when it arrived and gives confidence when a company goes above and beyond to help - thanks and especially to Mary Rose (CS).
