Amazing customer service!

I had nothing but the bedt experience with Serremo! I ordered 2 jackets and my own fault they were a size too small. Kathy was amazing all through the exchange process, made it easy and stress free. I will ABSOLUTELY be purchasing from them again!

I ordered 6 items for Christmas gifts

I ordered 6 items for Christmas gifts. The quality of the items is amazing. 3 items in 1 package very promptly. The last 3 were in another package and the mail carrier dropped it at the wrong house. So I contacted Serremo and their response was rapid. We had good communication and the company shipped me 3 more items. Once again the items are excellent. I will Donatella be ordering from Serremo again.

Great customer service!

When I received my Wanderer Jacket, a gift for my boyfriend, it was too big and not exactly what we expected. I sent them an email and they were happy to exchange it for me. Life got in the way (moved houses) and I was outside the 30-day exchange policy went I sent the one I received back to them. They were kind enough to honour my exchange anyway and the new jacket is on its way to me! Great customer service :)
