Review Time
I was very impressed with how quickly I received a response back on my issue. My son ordered a shirt and it was missing a snap. They responded quickly to my email and shipped out a replacement right away. I can’t give 5 stars due to shirt having defect, but they definitely corrected it promptly.
I ordered a couple of items on 10/12, received an email on 10/15 saying my order had shipped and should arrive in 5-10 days, when what really happened was they created a shipping label. On 10/19 I received another email stating that the order status had changed to "info received". On 10/26 I emailed their customer service asking for an update and was told that there is a glitch and that my order was actually in transit even though the tracking stated "shipping label created, USPS awaiting item". Tired of waiting I emailed them on 10/30 and asked them to cancel and refund my order. I will update this review pending the outcome of my request.UPDATE: After not hearing from Serremo in 3 days not 2 hours after publishing this review I received a response letting me know it was still the "logistics partners fault" but that they would process the refund. I will update again if/when I receive the refund.UPDATE: I received my refund from Serremo. And now I’m being asked repeatedly to take down the review by their customer service.
I ordered the Phantom hoodie in all colors. My husband is obsessed with the fit. One had come with a small hole and I reached out and the customer service was impeccable. They sent out a new one immediately. I will definitely order more items in the future.
I ordered a item from this site but due to some reason my item didn't turn up. So I emailed the company and they help me try and find it but in undoing so they very kindly send me a replace ment so all in all I'm very happy to use this site again.
Products seem ok however customer service is dreadful. Ordered some pants in the medium size which according to their web site is 34-36 inch waist. Upon arrival the pants were labeled large and size 32!!It took several emails to get a response that I would have to send them back to America at my cost.
