New favorite clothing, maybe even favorite thing ever

Not only does Serremo have some of the most stylish and comfortable clothes in the world that make me feel like a roaming wolf catching a whiskey buzz, but the service! My peanut brain chose the wrong size for one of my items and I reached out with an email to get it fixed. Didn’t even have time to twiddle my perfectly groomed handlebar mustache before my girl, Sarah Cowan, in customer service said she had my back for life and got me equipped with the most form fitting jacket that’s ever touched this earth. I walked outside in my wanderer jacket and the birds stopped chirping to sit and stare in awe of how dapper I looked. I wore it into my office one day and my boss’s boss fired my boss and I was the new boss. Absolutely life changing experience.

Excellent quality of clothing

Excellent quality of clothing! Customer service is great to deal with. Fast shipping! I ordered 5 pieces of clothing as Christmas gifts and one of them had a tiny snag/hole in it. They didn’t hesitate to replace it right away. They didn’t even ask to send back the original. I will most definitely be ordering from them in the future! Love this company!

Excellent Customer Support!

I ordered a tactical backpack for a friend of mine. Had a question about the way the charges showed up on my account. Sent an email and it was answered right away and the situation was corrected super fast. Spoke with Sarah Cowan, at customer support. She handled the situation perfectly and was willing to help me with a change to my order. Nothing but good things to say about this transaction!

Couldn’t be happier!!!

First time customer…i saw an add on Facebook and decided to click on it cause I found the jackets really nice! Everything went really smoothly…got the jacket and was super impressed! It was a little big so i emailed the company, 20 mims later Sarah was emailing me back with options to help me out! Killer service!!! Killer jacket!!!I’m up in Quebec Canada and everything went really well…no complaints at all! It’s getting cold up here so the timing is perfect! 🤘😛🤘Thanks guys!:) Brent

Super quick response and resolution

Customer service has been exceptional and fast. I placed an order and accidentally had the quantity doubled so I emailed them within 5 minutes of completing the order explaining the issue and asking for a refund. Within 30 minutes they had responded and issued a refund and canceled the appropriate item.Nice!

Ordered a jacket

Ordered a jacket, but when it arrived, a snap was missing. I contacted customer service and a new one was sent to me almost immediately. Responsiveness was excellent, and product replaced without any difficulty. Couldn’t ask for better customer service!
