Great customer service so far. The three medium size hoodies I ordered fit looser than they should have based on their sizing chart. They promptly responded to my email inquiring about the exchange process. I sent them a picture of the tracking number for the return hoodies, and they initiated the exchange process with replacement hoodies within 24 hours. Now I just have to wait for the new hoodies to ship and arrive.

Decent shirts, but hidden charges

The shirts are nice, but there's no way to opt out of the priority packaging and shipping insurance. The so-called priority packaging is just regular packaging with an extra fee, and the shipping insurance feels pointless. Customer support tries to justify these unwanted charges, leading to a frustrating experience.

Excellent delivery, but tracking was a letdown

The order arrived in great condition, and the coat feels amazing. I bought the 'backwoods' jacket, which is soft and comfortable. However, I paid for premium shipping and tracking but didn't receive timely updates. I only got tracking information after reaching out, and the delivery date was unclear, which was concerning. Although the item arrived, the tracking experience was frustrating, but thankfully, it ended on a positive note.

Fantastic support experience

I received products that were too large, and returning them was complicated due to shipping restrictions. However, the support team was incredibly helpful and offered to send me replacements at no cost. Now I have the right size, and they feel great! Excellent customer service, which is rare.

Very slow shipping and poor sizing

The company isn't based in the UK, and it took over two weeks for my items to arrive. When they did, they didn't fit due to incorrect sizing charts. I struggled to get a refund, being directed toward store credit instead. After much back and forth, I was told to return the items, but they refused to accept them back. Overall, a frustrating experience with low-quality products.

Great coat, but tracking issues

The coat arrived in excellent condition and feels wonderful. I purchased the 'backwoods' jacket, and the leather is soft while the lining is comfy. However, I paid for premium shipping and tracking but didn't receive practical tracking until I complained five days later. There was no delivery date, which made it stressful. After my inquiry, the tracking update was vague and didn't improve until just before delivery. Overall, it was a frustrating process, but the coat is great.

Shipping issues prevent evaluation
