Amazing Product and customer service! The size I got was too small and when I asked to return to get a bigger size they were so responsive and as soon as I showed them the tracking of the jacket I sent back ....they already had the new one sent out too me! Also even checked in on how it fit when I received the new one!
This company is fantastic. I ordered a sweater for my boyfriend for Christmas. It arrived in a reasonable time with no delays. After he wore it one time, it got a rip on the shoulder. I contacted customer service and they were on it. Valerie got back to me the same day and ended up sending a replacement at no charge. We’ve had no issues with the new sweater.
My experience with Serremo was outstanding. The jacket is great quality and when I needed to exchange it, the customer service was the best I have ever experienced with any company. You get real people! I don’t write reviews ever. I had to for this company.
I have to admit, at first i was like total scam, when’s it going to ship? And then i emailed customer service, they responded quickly, and it came in a couple of days. Quality it good, holds up well in the washer/dryer. Bought a hoodie and a turtleneck thingy that looks like the hoodie. Overall I was really pleased with customer service and quality of the product. Will order again if they start to advertise to me with stuff that doesn’t look like you have to be in assassins creed to wear it. In other words, worth the experiment. By their customer service I would assume easy and responsive returns so risk here is low.
So I absolutely love the jackets, however, one of the thinner ones shredded the first time I washed it. It’s the only one I’ve had issues with. The customer support is sending me a new jacket and also offered a refund option and actually replied very quickly. Thank you Jessica Hewitt for the customer service help.
The company did an amazing job on the product, shipping and customer service. They always put the customer first which I personally appreciate very much. I will definitely purchase again. Thank you all from a very satisfied customer.
