When I first ordered the product, it got lost in transit. Emailed them, they kept me updated the entire way through and answered any questions I had. When I received the jacket, the quality was amazing and identical to what the description and photos looked like on the website. Overall could not recommend more, I will definitely be ordering again
I have never heard of this company before and was kind of skeptical about it, but I placed a small order after seeing an ad for a shirt I really liked. Delivery definitely took longer than you would expect with Amazon or a few other big companies but it arrived none the less and I was first thinking it would probably be some cheap quality weirdly sized shirt and hoodie, but it actually fits perfectly very soft and stretchy it's probably my favorite shirt and I absolutely love the hoodie will definitely be ordering from here in the future.
Serremo has proven to be an all around amazing company. Their products are of great quality / fit / and wear. I had one issue after a dozen orders or more and the customer service immediately replied and sent a replacement that was perfect. I would give 10 stars to Serremo and staff
