Really rude customer service from their mobile team. Charge a callout fee and didn’t bring the correct equipment to undo our nutbolt (their tyre guy told us he’d been trying to get them to get the correct equipment and they wouldn’t so he couldn’t do his job properly) but still charged us the call-out fee even though they failed to take our tyre off. Tried to call and discuss but the guys on the phone was so rude/disinterested. AVOID!!! Halfords don’t charge a call out fee if they can’t do the job so go with them instead!
Absolutely shocking service - tyre was not put on correctly - wheels nuts could be undone by hand - tyre wobbled on way home When contacted they could not be less interested and blamed faulty tools AVOID at all costs - there are more competent tyre places
What a fantastic company and definitely 5 stars where other companies who I wont name and shame couldn't be bothered to deal with my urgent assistance because it was a sunday this company stepped up to the plate and got me back on the road top company and will definitely recommend this firm.
