Setyres Uckfield branch are amazing. Always fantastic. This-afternoon Ben and the team helped me out of a real spot (double punctures off-side) sadly neither reparable - Ben phoned to explain the situation and his colleague Pete not only replaced the tyres but moved them around to one near-side to match tread on the front. The hour being close of play.. Pete even fed my old doggo a couple of his biscuits. 🥰😎By virtue of my job I have reason to view customer service as a dying art I’m this country - so when people go that extra mile, are kind, personable and particularly helpful it really impresses. Thank you Setyres - already a loyal customer I shall be overtly recommending you and I do hope the business owners give you due credit. Thank you so much. Xxxx
I ordered tyres via Asda tyres to be fitted at this specific fitter!When I arrived there, I found out that my tyres had been sent back to the courier by this place, because there was 'no paperwork' to accompany the delivery, when clearly I had an appointment with those details!The staff there was rude and did not help me out and I won't be using them again at all!What a waste of time and fuel with further delays, due to this unorganised fitter!If I could rate this place zero star, I would but one star is being too generous for them!
Avoid Sevenoaks they are useless, unmotivated slobs. 0% work ethic, no one’s happy there. Arrived at 12:40 needing one tyre, told me sorry I shut at 1pm. Meanwhile there were two men just standing around watching the clock. What a shambles
After a bad experiences with other "National Tyre Fitters", delivering the wrong size and stating it was my fault, I found by chance that SE Tyres could meet my means and ordered four tyres to be fitted at Sevenoaks. Unfortunately, they could only deliver two, but would accept another tyre company delivering the remaining two. It does raise the question as to why other "National Tyre Fitters" will only supply their own brand. It is not just that SE Tyres, Sevenoaks are convenient, but also very courteous.
Just popped into setyres on a chance they could fit 2 tyres on my xtrail before a very long drive to Norfolk I was very impressed by their service and care I was made aware that my tyres were perfectly legal ...but I chose to have them replaced as I don't get much time off ... they also checked pressures of the others too . The tyres are middle quality but alot cheaper than I was quoted at Nissan. Staff all cheery and helpful ....I thoroughly recommend them 👌
Well i have been going to setyres Hove ,sussex, for about 6 or 7 years now for tyres , popped in today to book my vehicle in for steering geometry work and was somewhat shocked to be told we don't have time to do it and we're not interested, get the impression things are going downhill at this place and will not longer go there or recommend
Appalling customer service. I would not recommend this business. Arrived before another customer at their Sidcup shop. Told by a short, bald, Neanderthal-type individual manning the front desk that I wanted to change 2 tyres. When I pointed out that I had in fact arrived before another customer, he point blank refused to accept this- effectively telling me that I was lying. All he had to do was ask the other customers. Took exception at me asking him to look at the location where I had been parked and waiting, before moving into a spot vacated by a customer who was ahead of me. He began cussing and squared up to me. I suspect that his hostility probably stems from racism because his reaction was just so bizarre and inexplicable. Miserable, aggressive, violent individual- absolutely should not be working in a customer facing role. I suspect that they behave like this because there is no repercussion from their bosses. And it is not just this one shop- they are just as rude at their other shop in Welling. Today’s incident was the final straw. I won’t recommend or use this company/garage ever again.
