Compared to others mentioning no names, there is no comparison.This cordless vacuum is far superior in every way.We live in a three bedroom bungalow and there is sufficient battery life to complete all the floors and other bits and pieces, with still some life left in it prior to recharging, with a comparatively short recharge time.We have a very long haired German Shepperd dog which leaves hair everywhere but this vacuum never gets any at all wrapped around the head roller, somehow it just manages to suck it all up. The dust container is also a dream as it is so easy to empty and refit.We can not praise this cleaner highly enough and would highly recommend it to anyone who is considering buying a cordless vacuum cleaner.Mr C White.
Recently purchased this vacuum cleaner and while it's a brilliant design and cleans the carpet and the hard floors well - I feel its a really heavy to operate. Can't imagine to hold it upwards to clean the ceiling..... haven't used it to clean the car yet, but i feel it will be tricky. Also battery doesn't last beyond 30-35mins even on min-power speed. So it didn't meet the expectations as shown on the demo video.
I bought a hand held hoover from shark, great until it broke downAfter at least 11 phone calls, 2 trouble shooting calls and waiting for a link sending by email twice and it never arrived Every person I spoke to was helpful but nothing happens!Eventually I was asked to send it back which I did and got an email saying they had received it in January!!!! After another 4 calls each promising me it will be dispatched immediately I still have not got the replacement, my last phone call was 2 weeks agoThis has been going on since November 2021 I have asked for a refund but have been told that’s not possibleI have no idea what more I can do! Their customer service is appalling
