Great Customer Service experience! My cordless vacuum jammed and damaged the drive belt and it's casing. A new part is being sent following an easy no wait telephone call, the damage inspected by phone by the very helpful member of staff by camera. All sorted painlessly!
Love this cordless duo clean vacuum cleaner (IZ320UKT 26). Its my go-to choice, came with two batteries that last a long time. Shame that I cannot register it on the website.So far it's worked very well with no issues.
I bought a cordless anti hair wrap cleaner in February 2022. It's been a good bit of kit and done a good job. However, the head jammed up last week, so I phoned customer service,on new year's eve, expecting a difficult conversation to hiit repaired under warranty. What a surprise I got. The lady I spoke to was so helpful, talked me through a couple of points, and said no problem, I'll send a new head. It arrived today, 3 January. Thank you shark. Fantastic customer service experience.
This vaccum cleaner is a nightmare. A fragment of a leaf or paper causes it to clog up. Nearly every time we use it, we have to reach in with a chop stick to try to free its pipes. When it is working, the dust gets caught in the plastic tub so you have you reach into it with your hands. It also whistles in an incredibly high pitched scream. Unbelievable that other people have rated it highly.
1 day deliver takes more than a month. I ourchased corless vaccume. It said it was dispatched. And never received. So, i called after a week to customer service. And they said that woops ots our system problem and we sold more then we have in stock. Sorry. It will take 2-3 weeks to deliver now. Okay... passed a month - still nothing. Nor even sorry. Nor even we will give you a half price refun( ill ask for this noe) plus i want my vaccume as well. Also, i saw yesterday that on the online store you are still is selling vaccumes as "no out of the stock" so you are lying to the people... not cool at all. Especially when i paid about 300... i better would be going with doosan when i think now...I TRIED TO POST THIS COMMEND UNDER THEIR.PRODUCT, AND GUESS WHAT, I GOT THIS MESSAGE "Lina, Our staff has read your review and values your contribution even though it did not meet all our website guidelines. Thanks for sharing, and we hope to publish next time!" THAT MEANS THEY DONT WANT TO SHOW THE TRURH... BIZZARE
What a disappointment. Purchased the Shark AntiHair Wrap cordless vacuum cleaner in October. It's now December. From the beginning, it has clogged up, the anti-hair wrap has jammed and it has spat out dust. We finally rang the helpline and were put through to someone who got us to open all the bits out until we found a blockage. He then told us to check up EACH WEEK to unclog it. At that point, we gave up. Total waste of money. DO NOT BUY.
I needed a new vacuum, looked at Dyson, and it was ‘HOW MUCH’ so looked at Shark, decided to purchase one, a cordless, all the reviews were good. Did not check on this site, which may have made me reconsider.It turned out to be a piece of junk, it operates in various states, blocked, being unblocked, about to be blocked and flat battery, just does not have sufficient cleaning power. At best all I can say is that it may work a little bit better on very clean floors. Have now ordered a mains powered Miele. Can only blame myself for being taking in by all of the reviews and very slick advertising
