Bought and paid in full for the cordless hoover bundle with dual battery. No communication to tell me the battery kit was out of stock. They just sent me the hoover. I contacted customer service who told me this 3 piece kit was out of stock and I needed to wait a week for it to come, if not to ring up again quoting an order number I was given. Needless to say nothing arrived, no communication nothing. So, again I had to ring customer services who told me this piece of kit still out of stock and they didn’t know when it would be in. However, I was told I could look online to see if it was in stock and then ring customer services to get them to order it!! Excuse me but should I have to be chasing this?? my order is NOT complete but my payment was in full. The advisor told me I could return the product within 30 days if I wasn’t satisfied, but already started to use the vac in anticipation of receiving the rest of the order. Very disappointed with the bad service from this company. Just worried how long I’m going to have to wait to get this piece of kit and if not the hassle I’ll have to go through to get a part refund for the incomplete purchase.
I purchased the shark cordless vacuum a year ago and the foot part of it won't pick up any bits on my floor, I contacted Shark and I had to go through a number of tasks with them to prove it wasn't working properly. Finally they decided to send me a replacement of the floor head, I never received this one and then they told me it was out of stock, and now after chasing them, they are sending a blue one out when my vacuum is all red??? I feel I have been treated very badly and that they have wasted a lot of my time. I will definitely think twice in purchasing anymore of there products. I wonder what the customer service will be like with the Ninja items as they are the same company???
Disappointing purchase-the machine is difficult to use, it is top heavy, has short life battery,and poor suction. It re-distributes dust and debris, its 'anti-hair system' clogs easily, and overall creates more rather than less work.
Love the hoover, it's not as easy to clean as I hoped and the anti-hair wrap does not work so well, I have to clean out the entire attachment every time I use it due to my dog's hair getting caught. All in all it works great though and he battery lasts a decent amount of time even on high!
The whole machine feels really flimsy and after less than two dozen uses the 'wand' on the cleaner failed. A replacement was promised but never shipped then it was out of stock so I was promised a complete replacement cleaner. The old one was returned but the order for the new one never progressed beyond 'processing'. I think sarcasm must be part of the customer service training module and the staff don't realise that, if you agree to taking part in the questionnaire after the call, you can still hear everything until they end the call. If these are the best cordless cleaners what must the worst be like??The cleaner came with a 12 month warranty but the company kept saying they couldn't refund as it was more than 30 days since it was delivered. However, after nearly a month of back and forth emails, the company finally accepted their responsibility under the Consumer Rights Act of 2015 and refunded the full purchase price.
Was excited to receive my new shark after reading great things but I have been left incredibly disappointed.Anti-hair wrap - all rollers have hair wrapped around them, there is even hair in the filter! Battery life - 3 settings. Low will pick nothing up along with medium. High is average but you will get less than 10 mins from a fully charged battery. Go for corded or better still stick to Dyson.
