Didn't read the reviews on here until after I had ordered and got into a bit of a panic, but to be fair to them I received the order in the UK eight days after I ordered. Communication wasn't great until the package was with the couriers (Relay - who were great), but the three t-shirts I ordered were all good quality, well printed and the size advertised. Would use again.
Shawncraft claims to be a mom designing these t shirts from her home whilst juggling family life. Truth is someone is bulk buying cheap t shirts from Temu and selling them at vastly inflated prices. Not only lying about designing them, but fraudulently selling on at 4 or 5 times what they bought them for. Absolute garbage. Do. Not. Buy.
Poor business practices. Shawncraft won't take responsibility for their own mistakes and their return policy is worthless. I ordered a product, but they notified they would be sending it late with an offer to cancel if I wanted. I CANCELLED yet they sent it anyway and want me to pay exorbitant prices to ship it back to China because I still don't want it. This is how a business makes their problem your problem. This is the issue with ordering from foreign sellers, they get a deal on shipping to the US but not back.
Very bad quality shirts, very strange and unhelpful customer service. I got the shirt with the embroidered caterpillar and it arrived distorted and unwearable. When I told customer service they said I had to send the shirt back to China to get a full refund, which would have costed more than the price of the shirt. 0/5 would not recommend.
