Buyer Beware!While customer service was responsive, their inability to correct a mistake that was clearly their fault is unacceptable.What I expected: A prepaid label to return the wrong item they sent, and/or a refund.What I got instead: “Sorry, if you want to return it, it’s okay, but I really don’t recommend it, because our return warehouse is in China, you need to pay for the shipping fee, and the shipping fee will be expensive.”Background: I ordered the Comfort Colors Vintage Pressed Flowers T-shirt in Khaki, which is still listed on their website. Instead, they sent me Yam. When I complained, they admitted: “Dear customer, I am sorry that the base color of our T-shirts has been changed. All T-shirts of this color are in this color.”In other words, they no longer even make the color I ordered, yet they still advertise it, take your money, and then ship you whatever color they feel like sending. The tee is still shown in Khaki on their website.This is misleading and unacceptable. Buyers should know they may not receive what they ordered—and the seller will not take responsibility.
I ordered from Shawncraft thinking I was supporting a small artisan brand, but what I got was cheap dropshipped shirts from China. Their website markets itself as a family-owned American business, but the items shipped from Hong Kong. The shirts were thin, poorly stitched, with suspicious tags and mismatched colors. Even worse, their “comfort colors” claims are fake — tags clearly resewn, threads hanging loose. When I asked for help, they stalled communication and offered no real solutions. Do not be fooled by their marketing — this is not a genuine brand, just overpriced low-quality imports.
What a pathetic excuse for a company. I am also reporting them to the better business bureau for this. Long story short, poor customer service and gave me the run around for weeks before eventually deciding to not give me a refund for a package that never arrived. Do not support this business by any means, the business owner does not care about his customers.
This company went above and beyond to get me the proper sz shirt. When I got my shirt it was amazing. Great quality the material was thick and very nice. The customer service went above and beyond! I highly recommend them and their products..
I'm so glad I stumbled upon Jujumini on social media. I found some very cool political t-shirts with great designs and messaging. When I ordered a size that was too large, their team corresponded with me personally, even following up when I took awhile to respond, to make sure I got the right sizes in hand. That kind of personal touch is a rare find these days, and I appreciated it.
The store genuinely cares about providing a good experience. They were able to rectify a mistake I made (ordering a shirt instead of a sweater) in a very kind and professional way. As I get older, there aren’t many things that look “cool” on me anymore. However, the Halloween shirts do, and they go really well with my dual-sport bike! My wife likes anything kittens, so we have plenty more to order. Good shop, good quality, will definitely be a repeat customer!
The shirts I received appear to be the same great Custom Color brand shirts that I love. There was initially a mixup with the local delivery company but the people at ShawnCraft stuck with it and got them delivered. Thanks for your help!
Yes my review title criticizes their size chart BUT, their customer service is FAR from lacking! I reached out to them the day I received my order explaining their inaccuracies regarding their measurements they list for their T-shirt sizes, as I ordered the appropriate size for me based on their measurements, but the shirt was WAY too tight. I explained I'd like to exchange it for a larger size. They corresponded the very next day stating they'll send me out a brand new identical shirt at NO COST to me! I was pleasantly surprised, as I never expected this, just wanted an even exchange for a larger size. To clarify the timeline for this correspondence, I received the original shirt 8/1/25, they replied to my email stating they'd send a replacement shirt at no charge to me asking me to contact them in two days so they could send me a tracking number (which I forgot to do until today!) on 8/2/25 & I received the replacement shirt in the size that fits me as it should today on 9/10/25. Nothing negative to say except they need to adjust their measurements on their sizing chart to reflect the correct measurements per the size. ***PS*** The shirt material is slightly heavier than I'd expected for a T-shirt (which I don't mind), but still excellent quality with a stonewashed appearance, & there's absolutely zero flaws in the material, while the design on the front is flawless as well.
The T-shirt material is actually really nice however the quality of the embroidery doesn’t match up to the pictures on the website. I understand that patterns can sometimes vary but my T-shirt just looked like it was really rushed and not like the picture. I accidentally put the wrong address in at first but I got onto it really quickly with customer service. It took a long time in between emails to resolve the address switch and I didn’t actually get my order until a month later. Unfortunately, I will not be ordering again.
