Shawncraft T-shirts

I bought two t-shirts from Shawncraft on Facebook. I used their size specifications to judge what size I should order and since I have a big bust I ordered a large. The shirts absolutely swamped me. It's clear they are using a man's pattern to cut the shirts and as a result the shoulders are huge. I asked for a refund as the clothes aren't fit for purpose and they refused quite rudely saying they are unisex!

This company steals designs from other sellers. They have stolen my designs. They also falsely misrepresent themselves as a small family owned business, but the business address is an office building in Hong Kong. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS

Poor quality, bad customer service

I thought I was buying cute tshirts from a creative individual. Nope, it's a Chinese company. Smart marketing I guess. One tshirt was sent in the wrong size with tags cut off. Quality is not great, loose threads, chemical smell. So far I've spent a week trying to get a refund, they keep sending me weird emails with wrong amounts. I will have to trigger credit card purchase protection. Don't buy from this business and I will report their ad next time I see it.
