Review Time
Used Shein for a while, however this last order was held up on china for 3 weeks. It had not moved for over 15 days and Shein ignored all my request for a refund. They shipped all the Xmas presents after Xmas despite me telling them repeatedly that I no longer wanted the order as it had missed the delivery window by 2 weeks.They are still holding my money ransom for an unwanted parcel - that they refused to cancel and the courier has thrown over my gate whilst I am out of the country for 3 months!!!!
I made an order over Xmas which was supposed to be delivered by yodel, I never received my items but yodel marked the items as delivered so SHEIN refused to refund me as they decided that yodel were right and I was wrong. Customer services always side with the delivery company and refuse a refund. Merry Xmas to yodel and SHEIN who have scammed me out of money and gifts for my daughter. Please avoid this company as their customer services are poor.
I have not received all my stuff yet and i have been billed. Some of the stuff that i ordered were gifts and they were cancelled. I have received a message sayning that my package has arrived in a lokal store and is ready för collection since the 11th of December. The person at the store says its still not arrived. Ver stressful.
This is ridiculous, i ordered things for a baby and is been a month now and still not received it. You just wasted my time. When you know that your company can not deliver on the time frame why lie. This is so very disappointed, even Temu wont take this long this is so very upseting. And the things i bought is a need not a want. I will to go order on temu since you fail on your promises time to deliver and i have waited a month for ordinary toys to be deliver.
Had placed an order through shein which initially said payment couldn’t be processed so the order was cancelled and I had to repurchase the order come to find 2 lots of $123.40 taken from me, and they refuse to refund me as they say they haven’t received payment, when I have sent them all the proof and information they need. Had been shopping on here for years, this’ll definitely be the last, avoid SHEIN at all costs so this doesn’t happen to you. I have been trying to resolve this since 17th December too.
