Wished I'd seen these negative reviews before I purchased from fragrances central. Numerous times I've tried to contact this'company' through message on their website and by email no reply. So upset and angry that there are people out there that can 'steal' money from law abiding people that work hard and honestly for the money they earn.. unlike them.
The Shopify Agent agent told me on the 5th that I had sent the money so it would arrive in 1 to 5 days It's been 8days now and I still haven't received the moneyAn advisor has joined the chatI started closing my account since 9 months and now it's 12 months and I have talked to many agents and every agent is useless. I'm so mad I absolutely can't wait any more Please do it now! I told you not Agent 10, but your taking action on my case is very slow, I am very angry and I need to buy some medicine.I am very angry and will not wait at all I will send the money as soon as possible. It has been more than 3 months now and I have talked to many agentsI have been patiently waiting for more than 3 months and I can't be patient anymore.Too angry. Cancelled free trial yet being charged over the year. This is totally unacceptable. I reached out to customer support a year ago and charges continued. Reached out again regarding this and customer service is unsupportive. Steer clear if you want a website that is genuine and not out to take your money regardless!Forced to login again for a free trial to address the issue. Assuming I will be charged again as the issue will take longer than the trial to resolve? It’s not ethical. Should provide other ways to address issues and not force them to register again. Will be reporting to FCA.
Shopify is shutting down my store with no explanation or proper answers from support. I was warned to provide documents, I can't even do as their form doesnt work !All im getting told is that its being looked into !It’s been 5 days with no response, and the deadline is today. Support just keeps saying it’s ‘escalated.’ Nothing is being resolved.
I ordered and paid for a item from a company through Shopify. I item didn't arrive so I asked for a refund, Shopify told me, basically it had nothing to with them? I contacted the seller (witch was not easy - ignoring emails) and eventually got a refund (Wholesale Motion Limited) I won't use Shop-ify (appropriate name) or Wholesale Motion Ltd again.
