Ordered a Makita battery. Money went from account but no confirmation of order or any delivery. Help desk useless. Turns out the Makita battery was coming from HONG KONG / knock of capital of the world. Is it a really Makita battery or one I have to make sure does not explode at some stage? Crap all around. Still waiting for refund four weeks after.
You are allowing your name to be used by scammers. Pawbb are an obvious scam website as previously reviewed on you site. Take them off your site, its giving you a bad name. I cant get any sensible response from them and viewing their email address which is gobbldegook confirms they are probably scammers. I have asked Paypal for a full refund
I must say that it is an app that associates all scammers without a guarantee point and without a guardianship, I just made a purchase in which the product has not been sent I contact the service and send the tests and for the worse the service seems to protect the seller knowing or demonstrating with evidence that nothing happens to improve the system. The seller contacted me only once and nothing more without more to ask for information about the payment that was already made at the time of purchase with the shop by shopify. In short thanks to the tests and my bank recovers the money that being Revolut I feel protected since they gave 7 days to contact and verify but as it was a shop surely knew that it was a scam being an insecure app... thanks to shop by shopify for being out of my possible purchase
DISGUSTING SCAM APP FULL OF SCAM WEBSITES, SELLERS AND LINKS DO NOT USE THIS **** APP OR BUY OFF ANY SELLERS. I HAVE BEEN SCAMMED BY HER WAIST AND WHEN IVE GONE TO REPORT IT ITS SAID ERROR AND WONT LET ME SUBMIT MY REPORT. DONT KNOW HOW THESE CRIMINAL PIECES OF SHITEE ARE GETTING AWAY WITH THIS
I bought a cat flap through a shop using Shopify and it did not turn up. I waited 2 weeks as I thought it might have been posted using Evri. After that I found the shop number via Google and phoned them and they said they had had their shopfront copied and people were ordering thinking it was them and it was not. Even when I went to the order and clicked on back to the shop it took me back to the real shop. Reported to Action Fraud. Cancelled my card. Reported to Shopify but they seem to not have a straightforward means to complain and don't seem to care whether they are harbouring crooks or not.They are enabling fraudulent companies to be set up and wipes their hands of any responsibility. I had to register a company before they answered my complaint, then they said they had changed how complaints were made. I will be trying again. but will never ever be using them again.I will get a refund through my Credit Card, but really it is Shopify who are harbouring these fraudsters and they should be liable.
