This company is very encouraging to start cooperation, but they do not give any costs or prices anywhere. All I see is £1 for the first month and a START button. This all looks like SPAM. Provide your data. Consent to the processing of information and we will rip you off. I do not trust this type of company.
They are the worst!They run an update, it changes things and they don't know how to fix them. I have had an issue with 'Pickup Locations' and they can't fix it. They can replicate the issue but can't fix it. They have said for a week and a half now they are working on it and will fix it but appears they can't. I have been losing sales hand over fist because the Pickup Locations won't show. Use another platform.
The worst system / app / company ever. Impossible to contact any one, they also make it hard to find out how to remove your details. If you complain about a shop you have purchased anything from they wash their hands of it. They impose their payment system on you every time you login to a store. The worst App / system ever and I didn't even intentionally sign up in the first place. Appalling service and customer support EVER
Have been with Shopify for several years. With sales of £1.5m+ a year.Shopify felt that our below 1% high risk and medium risk order flags were excessive and immediately without notice decided to place a hold on ALL our funds - not even a reserve proportionate to the level of risk.This despite some of these flags applying to orders being shipped to the cardholders billing address confirmed via AVS and even orders confirmed with 3D secure authentication.Customer service is poor. The "relevant team" are uncontactable. There is no time frame for resolving this issue. They tell you to simply wait for a reply. They also stated they were regulated by the financial regulator. Searches on the register reveal no such registration.They still expect you to continue to pay them money for additional services whilst they hold on to substantially more of your money.Despite the risk of what was less than 0.5% chargebacks. After 1 day of hold they were holding on to over 12% of our monthly turnover. Highly disproportionate and exceptionally poor way to treat customers of many years.I would have been a strong advocate for Shopify in the past suggesting others use them. However, now the customer service levels are so poor and such arbitrary and unprofessional conduct as described above means I will steer people away from Shopify. I would proactively steer my own company away from Shopify if only it was that easy for an established company.
All I can say is, if you get a choice between checking out with Shop(ify) or PayPal, use PayPal (or indeed anything else).Shopify do not guarantee transactions in any way, have no interest in assisting you in dealing with unfulfilled orders, and clearly make no effort to withdraw their services from inactive or even fraudulent sellers. Beware.
Avoid Shopify. We had orders, customers paid, and we shipped products. Shopify got the payments from customers but Shopify has not paid us (the seller). It has been over 3 weeks now. Now we don't know what to do! We will have to escalate it and basically hustle for our payout! Pathetic!
