Yes, another sucker sucked in. Saw this add on tictoc, looked totally legit, and why wouldn't it?Ordered my goods led to believe it was UK based only to be informed it was being shipped from China !!Did try to stop the payment but by this time it was too late. A month down the line I was informed by "Shop" my goods had been delivered, yes you guessed it, no they hadn't !!I have tried time and again to contact Shopify, the online shop all to no avail. Beware all, anything to do with this site is just a scam avoid at all costs. Site looks good, advertised goods look legit and sincere but a million miles from it.Lesson learnt.
DO NOT USE GIVALLO!!Givallo shop is an absolute scam that conned me out of a lot of money. They’ve now disappeared off Shopify. Surprise surprise!! Shopify will not accept any responsibility for their vendors whilst allowing innocent shoppers to be robbed.I’ve contacted every single Fraud reporting site and have logged both the vendor and Shopify as being responsible for stealing my money.Shop at your peril - you are being ripped off. Absolutely shameful Shopify/Myshopify and your advertised businesses. This is NOT acceptable and a damn despicable and fraudulent way of conducting your business
This is from a point of view of selling on Shopify as a merchant. The integrations to 3rd party apps don't work properly and your marketing budgets will be higher than if you sell using your own hosted platform. I've used both self-hosted frameworks, and Shopify, and while the Shopify platform looks "easy-to-use", and you do get sales, it's integration to marketing platforms is extremely poor and doesn't give accurate reporting or budget control. Their support teams aren't helpful and point you to 3rd party developers that charge money to give you more help. Use with extreme caution.

What makes this experience even more exasperating is the lack of transparency and communication from the Shopify Merchant Trust Team.Despite reaching out to them to understand the reasons behind their decision, the Shopify Merchant Trust Team provided a vague and unsatisfactory response. Their assertion that my business posed a level of risk lacked specificity, leaving me bewildered and frustrated. What's more baffling is that my business model is similar to numerous other sellers on their platform who continue to operate without issues.The Shopify Merchant Trust Team's inability to offer a clear and coherent explanation is utterly unbelievable. It not only showcases a lack of accountability but also raises questions about the fairness and consistency of their decision-making process. As a seller who has invested time and effort into building a business on their platform, I expected better treatment and more transparent communication.The seemingly arbitrary closure of my account and the subsequent holding of payouts for 120 days have left me deeply dissatisfied with Shopify's services. I caution fellow entrepreneurs against relying on Shopify without thoroughly considering the potential risks and uncertainties associated with their merchant policies.
I have no dealings with shopify but somehow they have got access to my mobile and keep sending me shop codes when I don't even have a shop. Then when I went online to ask them to stop sending me texts the only way I can talk to a human being is to sign up for a free trial to one of their shops. It must be illegal behavior. SO MESSAGE TO SHOPIFY GIVE YOUR ONLINE CHAT THE OPTION SO PEOPLE CAN ASK YOU LEGITIMATELY TO REMOVE THEIR INFORMATION FROM YOUR DATABASE!!!!
I went to check out a website who use Shopify. When I rang the website mobile number a woman explained it was a scam. I don't trust any website that uses Shopify because invariably they do not seem to verify or check their clients. This is the 2nd time this has happened. terrarelax shop is the name of the website which I have now reported.
