Literally love this app. I've been using it for over 2 years with multiple successful stores. I love almost everything about shopify, except the costumer service. The german support team service was really great they were the best and always friendly. Now all german support teams got fired... I have never experienced such a bad American support team in my life. They don't help at all and make everything so complicated. They are not useful, never help and are so unfriendly. Even if I write to them in English, they don't really understand me and that shows the lack of intelligence. I'm shocked because they can't help me with even the simplest problem.|
I thought this was a service that worked with trusted traders/established organisations. I ordered from a company on their app listings that was promoted as a UK company, but wasn't, and has taken my money without providing a product or providing a refund. It is very difficult to contact Shopify customer service and they did not offer any assistance or assurances.

Je pensais qu’il y avais une protection parce que c’était Spotify mais non pas du tout. J’ai été fraudé pour la première fois de ma vie. Terminé pour moi Spotify
I never received my item, the merchants shop page became unaccessible and they never responded to any emails. Obvious scammer! I couldn’t report it to shopify until 30 days had passed and then it was a form to fill out, which the submit button wouldn’t work. Cannot believe that I fell for it to be honest. Shopify was recommended to me by my teenager as a good place to track my deliveries from Amazon etc, this aspect does work quite well. But now I don’t want them linked to any of my other accounts, the trust in this company is nil! And I do not recommend to anyone.
Just want to use the site for Ecommerce but the only thing the do is promote their site to extract more money. The free trail is not free for a single owner they will show you to ways i started they will tell me to run i need the expensive plat form i cant connect store cant open or load any ting i purchase domain yet it is been over two weeks not been granted. pay for a single service but they want to add other partner and charge me for that there is no way you can rich out and the whole thing is a stupid scam or else And they will tell you if yo cancel this you cant use their site for the next 2 years. Like they are the only plat form they exist. The upgrade and charge me. I need them to reich me and give my money back. Horror.
