I bought washing machine and I got an email with the phone number and address, I tried to phone but the phone is not valid,same with email not valid then I tried to report to shopify,I filled up the form I copied and paste url from email same not accepted in the form.Stay away from shopify online it's a scam
DO NOT USE SHOPIFY They block you out your own website without warning. They did not even give me a reason. They told me to reply to there email which I did 20 times over 2 weeks and not a single reply. Do not risk your livelihood on this cowboy disgusting company. I had my store for 3 years and paid them thousands and thus is the level of professionalism. AVOID AVOID AVOID
Ordered goods from a website with shopify, never received goods, unable to report to shopify as their website does not allow this, I'm money down and unlikely to ever recover it. Zero customer service, only seem interested in promoting businesses and forget the customer!!!
Moved up to shopify+, outside of the site going down, admin as well, now find free apps are being depreciated and we are being forced to buy more expensive apps, the site isnt that flexible for international businesses and the site speeds are lower now we are paying more
