Absolute vermin. You are forced to install an app to try and track package, yet once installed ( and it asks for a CREEPY level of access to private emails etc) it no longer finds the order, so no tracking. Seems to be just a ruse to steal data, there's no customer service so the order just disappears into the void. Avoid at all costs this total rubbish!! if you have been conned into installing the app I'd make sure to uninstall it quickly and then change all your passwords as Shopify have now taken all your account data
Like all un-notifiable sellers , this Shopify is a complete and utter scam . That allows unscrupulous sellers to rip-off people for dodgy cheap nasty products, using advertising of other goods to sell they're cheap nasty goods at big prices , then send you cheap stuff worth very little . When you try to contact them , it's impossible.
I received an unsolicited text from Shopify advising me of my verification code, however, I have no account with Shopify and have not been trying to purchase goods or services from any business, so it sounds as if this is an attempted scam. I tried contacting Shopify using their Virtual Help Centre which was a complete waste of time. I then discovered their support e-mail address and contacted them, only to have an automated response that they no longer accepted incoming messages (!) and providing me with a link to their webpage; once there, I discovered that the only way I could message anyone was by creating an account. Unbelievable, why would anyone want to use this Company is beyond me.
Able to take your money no problem. Yet they remain uncontactable despite the daily harassing emails.Typical bullying corporation. Avoid at all costs. I signed up to a free trial and tried to cancel immediately. 2 weeks later its still not cancelled and they're still uncontactable. The bank has blocked thier fraudulent attempts at taking more money.
I am a customer of retailers that use shopify and would urge retailers NOT to use them. I have suddenly found that to proceed with payment the system wants to send me a code on a phone number that I haven’t been using for years now. I have tried to contact shopify about this and wasted lots of time in vain. So glad I don’t have to use them as a retailer as it’s impossible to speak or chat with anyone. The retailer has just lost a sale as I can’t proceed with the payment if I can’t access the code!
This company makes money from facilitating misery. They allow scammers to steal your hard-earned money. It's unbelievable that companies like this are allowed to profiteer from the misery of thousands. Do not waste a penny on any company associated with Shopify, another one of these companies is Toriburchs. To Avoid being scammed do not buy products advertised on social media sites like TikTok.just Absolute vermin.
They seemed ok at first but please note only with legitimate trustworthy businesses although the tracking they promise isn't always accurate as they promise and you are left with no tracking details which is the reason why you signed up with them in the first place you wanted to know when and where your goods would be and arrive - right? Wrong. They keep your card details and take your money - if you happened to get scammed by a non existent company - then it's a whole different story - customer service is ok but only ok as they do get back to you but you have to keep filling in online forms with the same thing you've already told them and then you get a word salad of an email saying they don't have anything to do with the company THEY promote selling the goods you ordered. Another thing once you've signed up and place an order you are bombarded with their site and texts of unique codes so you have no other choice of payment only to go through them - DON'T DO IT - you will regret it. It's hard to get out of unsubscribing and cancelling. Once they've got your bank details that's it and don't forget - any comeback and they will have nothing to do with it - it's between you and the seller only but remember who has your card details and who took the money!
