Absolutely rubbish I brought a tread mill from a company called courier on shopify. They took my money and never delivered the product. I have tried to complain to shopify but it keeps asking for and order number to send the complaint….. the company never sent me an order number!! So fed up, why are these sites allowed on google I have to now wait 30 days to get the bank to claw the money back 😡😡😡DO NOT TRUST SHOPIFY OR VOURIX
No issue at all. If I knew it's was so easy and so good I would have started using them long long ago. I was stuck using wix. Shopify has all the tool I need. Not sure about all these bad reviews I contacted support had no issue at all few mins and I was chatting to a human.
There is no clear system on the Shopify site about how to complain about a seller who has scammed me - just kept going round in circles. The seller is now ignoring emails and so I’ve no way of getting my money back. I’m now going to Trading Standards. Do not use Shopify!!!!!
Review:I recently experienced a gut-wrenching betrayal at the hands of Shopify, and I feel compelled to share my harrowing experience to warn other small business owners. After building my business on Shopify’s platform I finally made my first sale and eagerly awaited the fruits of my labor. However, instead of celebrating this milestone, I received a devastating email informing me that my business posed a “level of risk” and that Shopify would be unable to support it any longer.This heartless decision left me in disbelief and despair. Despite following Shopify’s guidelines meticulously, I was unceremoniously cast aside without warning or explanation. What’s more appalling is that Shopify waited until I made my first sale and the customer paid before they decided to pull this unprofessional and unacceptable behavior. And the told me they will be taking my funds and refuse to give them to me for 120 days with no justified or valid reason or explanation they have no right to do so and they are not entitled to my funds I believe that they do this so that they can use our funds for 120 days to make themselves money from our earnings I’m sure that I am nowhere near the only person they are doing this with the same goes with PayPal cash app and all the other “platforms” out there that claim to be highly respected business but behind the scenes this is how they run their business.The lack of transparency regarding their decision-making process only added insult to injury. Shopify’s refusal to disclose the results of their supposed “reviews and investigations” is a slap in the face to loyal customers like myself. To add insult to injury, they have now informed me that they will be holding my funds without any valid and reasonable explanation. It’s as if they are holding my business hostage, with no regard for the blood, sweat, and tears I poured into building it.This callous disregard for the livelihoods of small business owners is reprehensible and speaks volumes about Shopify’s priorities. It’s clear that Shopify cares more about its bottom line than the well-being of its customers. I demand accountability and transparency from Shopify. Small business owners deserve better treatment than this.Beware of Shopify’s false promises and empty assurances. Behind the facade lies a company willing to crush your dreams without a second thought. In conclusion, I urge fellow small business owners to think twice before entrusting their livelihoods to Shopify. Signed up for a £1 to let my niece make a store and then cancelled it. Of course wasn't actually cancelled. Price randomly hiked to £25 a month and no refund because it's against store policy. lol. Another classic case of robbery by corporations against the consumer, gone are the days of providing a product or a value service, just thievery. Avoid at all costs.
Purchased an air fryer via PayPal on an Shopify URL and after waiting a few weeks the item did not arrive. Attempted to go back onto the website and the URL no longer existed. Emailed the website a few times requesting for an update and received no response. Then emailed Shopify directly explaining that money has been taken and no package has been delivered. The response from Shopify was appalling as they directed the responsibility to the seller.Fortunately, thanks to PayPal, they refunded me directly. Fully aware that Shopify is a platform however, was surprised they do not check legitimate sellers or take any responsibility for scammers. There was no assistance or recommendations to proceed.I no longer trust any URL with Shopify and recommend Shopify implement changes to avoid scammers utilising the platform.
Do not use shopify I have spent hours and days building my website to the point where it's nearly ready to launch. Got up this morning to a message saying they have closed my account. violation of Section 7 of the Shopify Acceptable Use Policy. But all I have done is use one of shopify dropshipping app so all my info and products came off there so why is this my fault. It's clearly something you have done. So please be careful using cj dropshipping app because it's something on there that isn't right.
Shopify thinks that all people are stupid and can't seek a legal action against their scamming tricks. I have many evidence that this company is stealing their customers. They always create and support new scamming shops to steal people and the majority of these shops have Shop Pay as the first payment option and all of them are powered by shopify. In fact Shopify knows that some of thier customers are aware of their tricks for scamming but they are not ashamed for all their thefts. I'm a part of a group of people who have been scammed by shopify and their made up scamming shops and we will make this company shut down. Actually we have solid evidence and smart lawyers. It's a matter of time. I gave "Shop Pay" which is "Shopify" a time limit to sort this issue and I emailed them through my hotmail email and hope to hear from Mr Mario and his manager very soon otherwise your platform will be SHUT DOWN FOR EVER + you will be exposed on the BBC.
One of the worse shopping websites on the Internet. Items I ordered and paid for, was sent to Altona, Illinois, USA. I live in UK, but this company refuse to refund due to the fact that they marked it as delivered successfully. Police and ActionFraud contacted, and bank working to get the money through clawback.DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY, SCAMMERS.
False advertising about their products. A help center thats only designed to take you around and around and not get you anywhere. Company I purchased from has now disappeared that was tied to Shopify. Just a company that encourages scammers and should be shutdown.
