Absolutely terrible

Absolutely terrible. They take your money and do absolutely nothing to help you get your inventory linked. No communication from anyone. Just a robot assistant that send you around in circles without ever giving a single clear answer.

I would give 0/5 but can’t. I bought from a seller and have not recieved the goods. I contacted the seller and no reply, contacted Spotify and recieved an email saying they no longer reply to emails and to use the website. Absolutely awful, no assistance and nobody to contact for help. So frustrating.

Ordered dog bed through joadogs

Ordered dog bed through joadogs. No product, messed about and just now joadogs disappeared off Shopify. Scammed. Really poor that Shopify allow this to happen. The Shopify app also seemed to be very busy on my phone when installing so I'm not sure that was a good thing either.

DON'T USE THE 'SHOP' APP FROM SHOPIFY!

Using the 'Shop' App from Shopify, I ordered and paid for goods from a foreign supplier ('hammocksbest.co.uk'), which never arrived despite being tracked and supposedly 'delivered'. On trying to contact them, I found that the supplier's email and website no longer exist, and my latest email to Shopify has also 'bounced'. I darkly suspect that Shopify and traders on its platform are simply a scam. I am on benefits and cannot afford to lose money on fake transactions, so I shall be reporting the incident to U K Action Fraud.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Big company no morals. won't partial refund on a plan I won't use as my business has unfortunately folded. Even though less than a week before I have a chat trail from Shopify stating they would partial refund. Suggested I should use the subscription to set up another business... insensitive doesn't cover it.

Keep well clear

Don’t go near this bunch of scammers. They are not interested in helping you with any issues with a seller.If you raise an issue they tell you it’s your banks problem.Once you have raised an issue they stop any contact with them.Keep we’ll clear.

Foolishly trusted that sellers using…

Foolishly trusted that sellers using Shopify were genuine. How wrong was I! Just been scammed by someone using the name of a company that apparently stopped trading five years ago. Shopify seem happy to support scammers by not verifying who they collect payments on behalf of. Tried to email Shopify but message back says they no longer accept emails. Any company wanting payment through them will now be a red flag to me.
