I ordered a dress from SQUARE SEASON , I didnt know this was a shopify account until I clicked on email. This site won’t allow me to post their email addresses but both available on web : Needless to say I do NOT have my dress after a month. I have emailed several times & called , text the mobile number ( 07858 384767) this is a Tesco mobile with an abroad ringtone. I have now reported to Action Fraud PLEASE can you all do the same, these people need to be stopped, the more reports Action Fraud get the better the outcome:
I don’t like Shopify. I had one of the most stressful shopping experiences ever with them. They stupidly assume that your last delivery address is the default. I hadn’t used this thing for years. It insisted on sending my sister’s birthday presents to a friend, after I’d specifically deleted the friend’s address when they flagged it up. I’ve never had this experience with any other payment app. Useless. I’ll never use them again. I felt sorry for the company I bought from actually because they refunded me the mistake when it was Shopify that got it wrong.
I am a seller, our store name is tradesports.myshopify.com and we have been using them since January 2015. In the 8 years on the platform the service has improved considerably. The main positives are fast servers meaning little downtime, ease of use when it comes to editing and it's the best for SEO with Google and Bing. Our store is constantly being updated with the latest apps in the appstore and we are very happy with the service.
Ama keep it real Shopify is just so complex when it comes to shipping and delivery and this is one the most important but Shopify still lack the point of making good a clear point in simple words, making enterprises looking like scammers 🤦🏾♂️. Wix is far better than this rubbish
Notified them of a retailer taking payment for orders but not supplying or ansering e mails for goods via the Shopify platform, and they have done nothing. Just advise to contact the retailer. Useless company that gives no security or benefit to customers using their facility to make payment.
Ordered a whole body massager on the 4th of February paid for it in us dollars and the bank charge me a foreign transfer fee I contacted the so called support team and never had a reply so I have been conned out off 25 pounds and then I saw the same thing on amazon and ordered it and it arrived next day and with the delivery charge it was still 10 pounds cheaper
