Awful! Got a delivery apparently that never turned up! There is no protection from this site at all and there is no customer service at all. Check google - all the @live web chats' and emails do not work they just send you around circles to the FAQ's which are completely useless! You can report an issue but only if you have an email from the merchant and teh URL to the original order, so if the website is no longer available because its a SCAM then you're stuffed! Clearly they let anyone use their service! Will be deleting the app and not using it ever again.
Used this site to purchase an item, item never came, no responses from the seller, when I looked further into it, red flags showed a dodgy website, no valid email, no phone number no nothing, basically a scammed. Thank god the item was only a small amount of money but still won't see that or my item, I'd stay clear of this site as half of the shops on the site could be scammers.
I've been with shopify for little over a year now in my e-commerce upstart. The support staff, whilst friendly.. are inept. I've had 48h delivery issues that have taken a month to be resolved for my customers whom buy with insurance. They have no escalations management accessible by phone, only email. And when it takes weeks to get a response to an email it's a nail in the coffin that they shouldn't be paid to help you grow your business.

Create a website with genuine products advertised, get paid for them but you don’t need to have them or send them.Set up shopify on the website, sit back and watch the cash roll in. Shopify have zero issues with shady business practices and there is no recourse for you, the scammer. If only they did crypto it would be like having a money printing press.
