I’ve ordered a pair of trouser # 1162.I have not received my purchased item . I have sent them an email numerous times but no reply. And the items via the email can’t be found anymore. This is clearly a scam.

Unnecessarily complicated and poor customer service

So I had high hopes for shopify but alas it has not really delivered so far. The design aspects of it like creating new pages and menus are so complex and convoluted it takes ages to figure out and get them set up. It’s not an intuitive set up at all despite what they say and is unnecessarily complex and illogical, even our I.T. Geeks couldn’t figure it out. So they recommend using a random shopify expert who charges hundreds. The video tutorials are not consistent with the setup and often mention selections or options to choose which don’t exist! It takes hours to do things which take minutes with WIX. They recommend you set up two step identification for security which I did. It then randomly asks you for a code when you login in but the code never arrives to your designated phone number despite waiting hours. So you request it again and then it locks you out. So after a long winded search you find the help section, speak to an agent and ask for help. They can’t help at all and have to ‘escalate an urgent ticket’ with accounts. This should take a max of 48 hours but usually less he says and you will get an email. Two and a half days later I’m still locked out and waiting for an email and confirmation of a re set. So I contact help again and don’t worry he says I will escalate this for you but it may take 48 hours or more. In the meantime I’m locked out of the website, can’t add my Christmas products on, can’t review orders… can’t do anything. So I would advise small businesses to steer clear of shopify. Once they get this sorted I’m leaving them and going back to WIX. I can not in all conscience recommend shopify to anyone. Sorry I think it’s complicated rubbish.#potterscrouchcandles.co.uk

Shopify are increasing price plans without telling people so they must be skimming a lot of money. They should be reported for this.

Shopify now is the worst

Shopify now is the worst! I’ve been using it for years and loved it - the customer service, the whole interface. HOWEVER AFTER THEY MADE A LOT OF CHANGES TO THEIR PLATFORM, IT HAS BECOMING THE WORST! DRASTICALLY! they closed my store that i built days and nights, they stole the domain, for no F-ING REASON! I went fo back and forth to know the reason and to find the solution. I asked them to remove my domain from their system because cloudflare said shopify CLAIMED my domain. What thief. They said the customer support can’t do anything and have escalated this issue to the account team, and said they will be contacting me via email very soon. BUT AFTER WEEKS AND MONTH THERE IS NO EMAIL AT ALL. Wow a company that used to be people’s favorite now has drastically dropped into the worst. Time to leave this company guys. After 3 years, it’s time to leave this sh**y company

Scammers thieves and unhelpful

Last year signed up with them as a shop and then a close family member fell critically ill and died. These thieves have been stealing my money on the name of direct debit. It took me a while to recover from tragic loss and get in touch with their support, ticket no 41836090. Told them that my account is not active, unable to get emails as I don't have that email and some nasty swine Himanshu Rai has been taking me in a circle, playing ping pong of email. Despite asking him to get some of his manager to talk with me over the phone because for sure Shopify is stealing my 31 British pounds every month. Just be careful providing them your bank details and make a living out of them. They employ some respect less individuals or create bots on the name of customer services and support and never get response.What a pathetic, disgusting and shameless people own, manage and work Shopify. I strongly despise you. Your existence is appalling and your support simply stinks.You are just a digital thief who works under a legal business name. Period.

Got scammed by a online service using Shopify. They wanted nothing to do with it. Fortunately my bank/eBay refunded me. But well done Shopify for allowing scammers to use you and then doing zero to support us. 0 stars if I could give it. Absolute*************

Full of Scam Shops

Scam shop on the portal, when asking Shopify for help, they asked me to continue trying to contact the shop that had taken my money and not delivered, they had already ignored all correspondence! I was then told to go to my bank to chase the money! They don’t care that a scam shop is operating on their portal!

I am currently a business customer of Shopify

I am currently a business customer of Shopify and I was just forced to quit and terminate my contract with them. Their Help and Support answered that no refund is possible for my 3 year pre-paid subscription. I am forced to cancel and terminate every relation with Shopify as over two months period of time, they failed to provide support and help for me, with situations like me waiting for days for response on the chat, and the message centre box, tickets unanswered, problem completely ignored, and their answers inadequate and unrelated to the topic. Meanwhile, as I was so desperate to solve my issues, and did everything it came to my mind, and I dug in their programs and activities, they happen to be a woke corporation, laundering money. If you are black owner or Middle Easterner, with non-white origins, then you are automatically entitled to perks, grants, and other gratifications. If you are white, forget about any help. And here it comes the real problem, which I faced. Since 01 August 2023, Shopify announced FULLY IMPLEMENTED ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE behind all SaaS technologies available on the Shopify servers. Initially, I didn't pay lots of attention, and that was my big mistake. In the first days of August, I started to receive numerous notifications that my website runs with huge number of policy violations. I just fixed the violations, which were numerous, overwhelming and kept appearing more and more, no matter how fast and well I worked to resolve these. Thousands of these, in all marketing channels, day and night work. After a week or two, I paid attention that the same violations keep repeating, the same products I did just a day or two before, now appear as if I never worked on these. I manually input product data, according to the criteria, policies and requirements, and then save the product. The product data must stay saved as I saved it.Soon after, within hours, I found these same products, just done properly and saved, to be un-done, freshly edited AND SAVED FROM SOMEBODY ELSE, and produce immediately new policies violations, as example, I save the product with all attributes checked, and a few hours later I find it with missing pictures, broken links, marketing channels unticked and the product saved as draft, not as active, AND PRICE TAGS EDITED AFTER my saves. Particularly about the price tags, it happened that I just found that buyers buy too cheap, and when I did my checks, voila, the price tags were edited, as I keep a good old fashioned archive for all my edits, actions and products data. As terrified and confused as I was, and as amused and shaking, I did - AGAIN - HUNDREDS AND THOUSANDS OF CHECKS, AND again, FULL AUDIT OF MY ONLINE SHOP. I was unable to believe my eyes - after my edits, something else was editing, and producing endless and renewing amount of policies violations, CONSTANTLY.. I did another audit, because initially it didn't make sense to me, Finally, I realised, that it is not only me to have full access to my own data and website, but I am not alone, and the Artificial Intelligence is un-doing my hard work, and sabotaging my online shop and business. I am sole trader. Then I connected the dots of so many events and co-incidences - a woke and huge corporation, providing help and support and incentive only for non-white shop owners, as my name and personal data show Eastern European. Slavic name cannot be mistaken for any other ethnicity. Well, my online shop was in fact, fully taken down in the beginning of September 2023. Although it is active and published, but the visitors are completely missing, search in Google and other search doesn't show my online shop, as if it is blacklisted. It is just un-discoverable, although I pay for marketing campaigns and channels. My Google ranking sharply dropped, within just a few weeks, more than 25 positions down. My sales gradually went to zero, within these few weeks, to full zero, in the last 2 weeks, since I announced that I cancel my subscription with Shopify and migrate to another platform. Shopify refused refund for my 3 years pre-paid subscription, and today I filed a complaint, and I seek Citizen's Advice legal aid, and I have to deal with my business completely ruined - and I know it was a deliberate racial sabotage, as it happened in front of my eyes. Now everybody knows, Shopify has Artificial Intelligence with Marxist political anti-white and racist agenda to sabotage white shop owners. It is deliberate Marxist sabotage, and Marxists have a long history of hating white race, Slavs, capitalism, and sabotaging these, partisan wars, red terror and other violent strategies. Marxism is anarchism and terrorism by definition, check the Communist Manifesto for the exact expressions. Beware, all whites. Do not sign up with Shopify.

after a year of completing each and every order and working hard…Shopify withhold my own money from

I have a Shopify store. It has been running smoothly for over a year now. I’m a fully registered business. A few weeks ago a customer done a fraudulent chargeback…despite me having overwhelming evidence of delivery and proof of delivery and proof of my product, Shopify withheld £400 of my earnings! (The chargeback was £36) my customers have received their orders over a month ago with proof of delivery and still refusing me my earned money!!!! They also put me on a risk list!
