Terrible if you have more than one business on one account

Perfect if you have one business. When you upgrade for two businesses or more it fundamentally does not work. They didn't put any thought into the changing design at all. Heres the problem:Product: Blue BowlShop 1: 1 availableShop 2 : 6 availableIf customer orders 7 they are told "does not ship to your location" and pick up is not available because they are ordering stock from two stores. Customer does not understand why and just abandons the checkout. You have lost the sale. This has cost my company hundreds. Whatsmore the app just assumes you only have one register between the two stores so you can never properly reconcile the day.I hope they put some thought into that and fix it because for just one store and website a fantastic system. the app is a bit glitchy but they have only just started so its understandable.It is not understandable that they can slap a huge price tag on the cost of having two stores on one account whilst changing nothing.

We were told we had to hire someone to…

We were told we had to hire someone to fix a very simple problem of the fact that the product quantity wasn't syncing when a customer selected a new product. I understand having to hire if we wanted something like a huge customisable thing but to fix something that should be Shopifys responsibility? Why are we being made to pay more money to fix a problem that's a basic function of the system.

Super Bad - No Support

Its all based on an algorithm. Since now 3 days, this algorithm "reviews" my ID (I think you can imagine how "well" an algorithm can do this task). Result: All pictures get rejected. Reached out to the support team- they dont even know their system and are nothing like helpful at all. Its embarassing how such a big company with billions of revenue per month fails at its responsibility.

If you use Shopify, or buy from one of the firms that use them, be prepared for loads of SPAM. A lot of the SPAM are also scams. Avoid Shopify

This company is a favourite for card scammers use a friends or family members card buy the items then the family member or friends says card has been stolen they get the money back then the poor business has to fight for money told by a member of staff member it is rife with the pandemic Joke of a business

I was having a good night's sleep then wake up to see my entire store deleted and a charge of $115.96 on my bank account? What's this about? Give me back my money, I can't even log back into the store and see what happened as you people DELETED it!!!! I'm a student, how am I actually meant to afford this nonsense?! This just isn't on...
